The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

Hotel pełen sprzeczności. Z jednej strony, jako budynek w stylu pałacowym, jego otoczenie i wystrój są bardzo luksusowe. Jednak pokoje są zbyt stare, a rury wodociągowe miały problem, dostarczając jedynie ciepłą wodę. Ten sam problem pojawił się ponownie wkrótce po zakończeniu prac konserwacyjnych. Najgorsza była chaotyczna kolejka do zameldowania w holu; nieco pulchna, o delikatnych rysach twarzy pracownica zdawała się dyskryminować Azjatów, całkowicie ignorując wszystkich chłodnym wyrazem twarzy. Na szczęście trafiliśmy na starszego menedżera, prawdopodobnie bardzo miłego dżentelmena, który pomógł nam rozwiać nasze wątpliwości i porozmawiać. Mogę tylko powiedzieć, że zarządzanie hotelem z ponad tysiącem pokoi jest bardzo trudne, a jakość personelu jest bardzo zróżnicowana. Następnym razem prawdopodobnie wybiorę pobliski Ritz-Carlton.

I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！ 赶早班机去机场，简单吃了几口早餐去大厅等接送大巴到时后，发现不小心遗落护照包在餐厅包里有现金，不一会儿有工作人员帮忙送了过来很感谢，但是后来下飞机换钱的时候却发现里面的现金定丢失了现金纸币250💶。整个护照包埃及全程都在身边，就这一会儿丢了差不多十分钟，然后很遗憾得结束了埃及之旅。 已经给酒店留言调监控但是不知道有没有反馈，能不能找回来。目前人到突尼斯 玩了，付酒店的现金欧元都不够了，晕😵💫！

I would like to share my experience at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis was really wonderful and the staff was very polite and friendly and very cooperative specially Ahmed Zizo at the reception and other restaurants staff and room services was really too helpful

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the view from the window was exceptionally beautiful. Due to my busy business schedule, I couldn't experience all the facilities, but overall, the hotel was excellent.

I spend wonderful 4 days, Everything was amazing, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful specifically Mohammed and maddona in room service and all the guys in reception, and it was a great experience for me as a honeymoon.. The only thing that made me upset was the sounds of renovations work..other than that it was perfect
