Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

Cudowny hotel, wszystko idealne!!! Zaczynając od lokalizacji: piękne góry, zieleń, a morze 😍 jest po prostu przepiękne!!! Sam hotel jest duży i zielony. Ogromny, czysty teren, mnóstwo miejsc do zwiedzania, mnóstwo miejsc do spacerów. Duża plaża, mnóstwo leżaków, znalezienie jednego nigdy nie stanowi problemu. Jedzenie jest przepyszne!!! Bardzo smaczne, dużo i bardzo różnorodne. Każdy dzień ma nowy temat. Przez cały dzień, różne miejsca, inne jedzenie. Jeśli chodzi o alkohol, mogę skomentować tylko wino, ponieważ tylko je piję. To bardzo smaczne lokalne wino; nie boli mnie po nim głowa, nie ma plam i smakuje bardzo przyjemnie. Rozrywka dla dzieci i dorosłych od rana do wieczora; każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Baseny, mnóstwo, duże. Bardzo czyste, a do tego mały aquapark. Zatrzymaliśmy się w pokojach ogrodowych; są niedawno odnowione, bardzo czyste i ciche. WSZYSTKO w tym hotelu nam się absolutnie podobało!

В целом хороший отель, но странная политика цены на 1 ночь ~ 400 дол, при бронировании от 3-х или 4-х уже более адекватная цена ближе к 200. На территории хорошая кофейня, красивый вид из номера на горы.

The location is perfect, beautiful mountains and the sea and wonderful Sun. The place like a paradise, like cuddled in. It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Naprawdę podobały nam się nasze wakacje. Czystość, obsługa i animacja na najwyższym poziomie. trip.com działa bardzo szybko i nie sprawiało żadnych problemów. Zdecydowanie polecam.

To już mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu, jedzenie jest jeszcze smaczniejsze) Pierwsza linia, wygodne zejście do morza, zadbany teren. Myślę, że zatrzymam się tu następnym razem) Dziękuję za udane wakacje)

放假自動升級為有山景的 很好看，正好那天是我目前的生日，酒店前台還淺淺地佈置了一下房間，很有心，酒店的自助餐雖然不能説有多好，這個價位偶爾會有點三文魚之類的，酒店很大，不行過去就到酒店內的海邊，而且每天都有滿滿的課程，普拉提，Zumba 等等 非常豐富，這個月份去那邊下室外泳池游泳是有點美麗凍人了，但是室內有一個恆温的。我們還體驗了SPA ，4個人 價格會比國內普通價格貴一點點，但是還是整體下來感覺很舒服 😌

Duży hotel, niegdyś luksusowy, ale obecnie bardzo zmęczony i obskurny! Wybór jedzenia jest duży, ale nie zawsze wszystko jest smaczne, ale w każdym razie nie będziesz głodny! Kawa i herbata są po prostu okropne, najniższej jakości! Nie da się pić koktajli alkoholowych, jakość alkoholu i wygląd są bardzo wątpliwe! Próbowaliśmy zamówić bezalkoholowe Mojito, ale dzisiaj nie mają mięty, jutro nie mają cytryny, limonka jest w ogóle rzadkością! Nie działała łaźnia turecka (było podejrzenie, że została włączona dopiero po zapłacie za masaż), tylko sauna. W pokoju był czajnik, ale w ciągu 10 dni dostaliśmy tylko raz 2 torebki kawy, ale zawsze była do tego dostępna śmietanka! Długie oczekiwanie na windę, wilgoć na hotelowych korytarzach! Morze jest świetne!!! Plaża jest sprzątana! Leżaków i ludzi też jest mnóstwo! Czułem się, jakbym przepłacał za hotel i jedzenie/napoje! Cena jest zdecydowanie za wysoka!
