This was the best hotel we stayed at for this trip & it was also the cheapest. The service was truly immaculate. The hotel gave us a free breakfast which had a very good selection & tasted great. Most of the dishes were very well done. The hotel even provided free laundry service that was done within 2 hours. We could also watch everything on the tv for free. The room itself was spotless & very nicely decorated. The hotel looked very new to us. The location was also great with a shopping mall nearby with many food options & a supermarket. All in all, a perfect 2 night stay.

Here for work, and Huanyue is always my first choice in Jingmen. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the key point is the exceptional service from the hotel staff. There's a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, but it might not suit the western palate too well. Location is great work-wise, but it's some distance away from the nearest mall so it depends on what you prioritize during your stay.

軟件硬件都蠻好，前台服務態度好，能幫忙洗烘衣服，有免費小零食和水果，晚上還有免費的粥和肉絲粉。房間大概20幾平，比較緊湊那種，建議定有窗的房間，應該住起來更舒服。房間還有免費飲料。還能送到高鐵站火車站，車是商務車，很新的那種，師傅開的嗖嗖快，好在荊門基建不錯，道路很寬也沒啥車，説是二十分鐘，其實十幾分鍾就給送到了。

開車路過荊門比較晚了就隨便定了一個酒店 有感覺到是有在認真經營的酒店 1酒店門口有停車位 也有地下停車位 免費很方便 位置好找 標識清晰 2酒店房間是翻新的 做到了不影響使用的保留 例如紙巾盒 影響使用的翻新修正 節約不浪費很棒 裝修配置是酒店協會標準4星 3房間面積大退房的時候有開着門未入住的標間看了一眼 我們定的大床 4房間的便利小盒子有驚艷到我 是超出預期的服務 裏面有充電線 TT 姨媽巾 且免費使用 真的非常貼心 5餐廳工作人員 前台服務人員態度都很好很親切 主動問好 微笑服務 退房的時候還貼心的給了兩瓶水 讓路上個 6早餐很不錯 有現煮麪 豆漿是現磨的不是沖劑 建議把咖啡機放餐廳 咖啡機放在了餐廳門口 100多塊錢 這種酒店屬實意外之喜 軟性服務的提升讓自己很具有競爭力 下次去過再來荊州 這裏一定會是首選

The exposure to smoke was horrible. We got no smoking rooms, but the smoke from nearby smoking rooms drifted in and was so bad it woke us up at night. Breakfast was ok, but for an international hotel did not offer much that I was used to. The rooms did not have coffee, only tea bags. Wifi at the hotel was not functional.

The hotel is located across a wall from Jingshan Tennis School, with a comfortable environment and convenient parking. The room is large, the layout is reasonable, there is a voice control system and electric curtains. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the washstand is large, and the quality of the supporting toiletries is good. Breakfast is on the first floor, rich in variety, Chinese and Western. The bedding is soft and hard, and the linen is of high quality. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and the tennis elements in the hotel are rich and distinctive. Pajamas are more perfect if there is a disposable protective cover.

The hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.
