Warm greetings from Germany! This was my fourth visit to Grecotel Caramel Boutique Hotel, and as always we had a wonderful time there! The resort has a magical atmosphere and a very beautiful setting, full of different flowers and plants as well as a gorgeous beach. A perfect place to relax and enjoy! But what makes this hotel so special is the pleasent team✨ I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for ensuring that my stay was delightful and comfortable! A special commendation to Mr. Alex from the a la carte restaurant. Together with his stellar team, they truly exceeded expectations. The culinary delights, from main courses to desserts and drinks, were not only of the highest quality but also tantalizingly delicious and beautifully presented. Every evening I enjoyed great food, live music, and a lovely service. My warmest appreciation goes out to the entire staff! Their kindness, efficiency, hospitality and genuine warmth contributed immensely to the overall experience! Lovely greetings and a thank you to the beautiful ladies with sweet hearts: Soula, Litsa, Konstantina, Maria, and the gentlemen: Oggy, Grigorios, Dimitri, Arbri, and of course everybody else!!! And a thanks to the lovely reception team who always tried to make our stay even better! I must particularly highlight the remarkable service provided by sweet Persa. Her unparalleled professionalism, combined with her genuine sensitivity, made a lasting impression. It's been our third time in this hotel during past few years and it still provides the best service - starting from great, caring staff, through excellent, restaurant-level food to beautiful, carefully arranged rooms. The fitness area also deserves a separate note - very well equipped and providing also adults only swimming area. The staff is doing their best to make the stay relaxing, the main pool area divided into three different sectors will meet the expectations of both families with small kids, teenagers and adults (this time we were here only with my husband and again we really appreciated how well the pool area is thought - there's a comfy and safe area for smaller children and two big pools for other guests). The hotel doesn't have a direct beach access but it's a melex-drive away and the ride is available every 20-30 mins (private hotel beach). The fact that we're here for the third time speaks for itself - beautiful place for relaxing holiday where everything is just top notch.

The hotel is pleasantly located by the sea, 30 minutes walk from the port, with a pretty garden. The swimming pools are very pleasant and the deckchairs comfortable. The staff is pleasant, smiling, but not up to standard for a hotel of this standard. Training problems are obvious: tables not necessarily cleared, non-compliance with orders. The rooms were not cleaned very well, and often we had to ask reception to have it corrected. I regret having paid extra for a suite, whereas with a classic sea view room the view was much more beautiful, and the facilities of the classic room were better: my terrace lacked something to put wet clothes on for to dry them, in the bathroom no shelf to put things on, it's really problematic for an establishment of this standard. Just like in the wardrobe, it was impossible to put the clothes down, I had to leave them on the desk even though there was a lot of empty space that could have been used as a shelf. This is not normal. The valet parking service is appreciable. Overall I am satisfied with my stay, but you have to be careful, because the price is high and the services are not necessarily up to par.
