The tub was not able to open and close the plug and not to heat the hot water. The tub power is in, but the refrigerator is not cold. I told the receptionist, I sent a person. I left the main card key. I didn't think I could speak English very well. The breakfast was guided to the rooftop because the group used the dining room. Kampong Thom was a very small town, although it was a polite customer service, but the thing that I ordered with the photograph was wrong, the drink that I didn't ask, and the word wall felt Compared to other hotels that are cheap, this is modern. I asked many time to refund back my money 51$ that this hotel charged me . I booked through Agoda to stay on 03-5/12/22 for two nights. After made the booking , I called to hotel to double check to ensure my booking is recorded but I was told by the staff who pick up the phone that the Hotel no room available on that period then I said why Agoda still Sale your room? She said may be they did not know yet then I asked to cancel my reservation and not charge my credit card. Later on till arrival date I got alert by my bank th at the amount 51$ is chafed by Agoda. I asked many times to refund but till today nothing is done. I felt both hotel and Agoda are cheater . It’s not a big amount of money but I am upset due to the fact that you made the business by cheating your client this is not fair. Shame on you!

Walk-in cost was $40 and the room and view was well worth it after a couple of days in cheap guesthouses. Rooms north facing have a better view of the river and sunrise. The higher the better. The complimentary spa and sauna next door is also a must visit. The only downsides were that the WiFi didn't really work in the room, and the sky bar was closed off for a function group.
