Had a wonderful stay at De Glance Hotel, the staff we're very polite and accomadating, the rooms we're spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of foods, and service was very good. Special thanks to Mohamad Fazal Eqbal and Zubair at the front desk. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Surat India. See you Again soon, Mr & Mrs Ismail Kajee

Location, service, design , price. Everything is just on point. The way rooms are decorated also makes it more interesting. You don’t need to think twice about the room and food if you’re planning to come to surat. Even food from the restaurant is nice

The staff are always so welcoming every-time we go, the food in the restaurant is very good and accommodating, they specially made non spicy food for us, Mr Vijay and the restaurant ***ager, the valet and room service staff were exceptional. The house keeping superviser was a bit mean, he was shouting to his staff.

This hotel is at the walking distance from Surat railway station. This seems to be newly constructed hotel in the area with clean rooms. Hotel has a small restaurant which serves buffet in the morning. Overall good stay but hotel was short of staff. This resulted in slow service and sometimes frustration among customers. In one of the occasion I found staff members to be rude to the customer. I would recommend hotel ***agement to look into this.

This is a restaurant review. I don't intend to say anything about the rooms or the hotel part. The restaurant is pathetic. I mean you are bound to get some surprises. I was surprised by hair follicles in my soup There are several better options in the vicinity.

I got hurt in this hotel, hit my head, and had to get stitches. Rooms are small. Wi-Fi keeps shutting off. No hot water.
