What impressed us most was his calm and cheerful personality* *There was never a sign of stress—only a warm smile and a welcoming attitude*. *The way he communicates with his team is equally admirable.* *Regardless of the employee’s position or grade, there is always warmth, dignity, and sweetness in his conversations.
