"Hotel has a very good team of Kamal, Pilot, Prem, Anamika and Kushal but we realised that they are not well trained. If management puts a little effort there, they will be great. Crockery used is third rate. Such crockery is not used even in basic restaurants these days. The quality of Ginger across states have to be standardized, which is completely missing. Buffet options need to be a little wide and shef needs to gear up on making a little better south India food."
