Location and rooms are great! The breakfast meal was not that good. Opt out meals if you can. Don't wash your clothes there. Their washer and dry are awful.

There are two train points, one that requires crossing of road and another which is only around the corner.
Chosen it mainly for the location.

I don’t understand how Garbo hotel has a 4 star rating. It is an old style, small hotel, which is in reality is only 2 or 3 stars hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone. I also don’t understand how it has 4,6 Reviews Score. The entrance to the hotel is the worst. Old cheap furniture at the entrance.

商務出差，前台服務很熱情，給免費升級了房間。房間很大，乾淨整潔沒有異味床墊超軟睡得超爽，而且很適合一家子住，我一個人住感覺有點冷清。 房間是真的不錯，睡的也很好。 打掃房間的阿姨也特別熱情，服務很好。早餐中西結合的，在1樓，超好吃。窗外是小區特別安靜。退房的時候小姐姐還送兩個伴手禮，暖心哦以後來蘇州出來玩，還選這個酒店。

設施：房間很乾凈，又寬敞，而且沒有異味，隔音效果也很好。
衞生：衞生非常好，打掃衞生的阿姨特別好，房間打掃的很及時很乾凈
環境：環境設施很齊全，有咖啡，房間還有小冰箱
服務：服務特別熱情，小姐姐態度特別好，還送了蘇州特色伴手禮

選來選去定了嘉寶，沒想到出奇的好，尤其是服務員如意小姐姐，加了微信有問題第一時間回覆，24小時所有時間段這是別的酒店沒有的，而且還有自助咖啡機糖果，免費礦泉水，最主要房間裏還有小度，出去玩再也不擔心起晚了，位置優越，交通便利，位置很繁華，出行方便。門口有停車位非常方便，門口也有監控非常放心，大廳簡潔，大氣，佈局合理，有輕音樂，很好聽。前台有單叢茶咖啡都不錯，前台漂亮大方，服務熱情，主動，效率高，周到，專業很不錯。房間採光好，明亮，安靜，舒適，衞生很乾凈，床墊舒服，出水快，水温好洗澡舒服，網速快，辦公方便。房間整潔，乾淨衞生，客房阿姨親切，服務好，動作麻利，周到。非常好，強力推薦!
