"I have stayed at your house several times. I am also from Suzhou, but I was particularly dissatisfied with my two-night stay this time. I have several points of dissatisfaction. First of all, 1. The front desk arranged for me to stay next to the cleaning lady's room, and I was woken up very early in the morning (I don't mean to blame the cleaning lady here). 2. The room is not soundproof. There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs at around 2 a.m., and they left after they were done. Are there hourly rooms available at night? 3. I wanted to sleep in at around 8 o'clock in the morning, but I heard the sound of renovation work upstairs. 4. I originally wanted to watch TV, but I found that there was only a remote control that could turn the TV on and off, but no remote control for playback. I went to the front desk, and they said that they would use a robot to turn it on. As a result, I waited for more than an hour. Just when I fell asleep, the phone rang and the robot came.
