We had a beautiful experience in our short stay in Suzhou. We stayed in Hampton coz it’s near to many attractions in the city.The breakfast was also satisfying. The room is clean and the staffs are attentive. It would have been better if there was a bidet in the bathroom.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. Five hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I had left my cap in the hotel so I called the hotel front desk and they made sure that the cap was delivered to my apar**ent. The hotel is located near Jinji lake and Suzhou centre plaza mall, but there are a lot of construction projects going on around the hotel.

I really liked to stay at Hampton by Hilton hotel in Suzhou. The facilities, equipment and environment in particular are excellent. The breakfast is included, big choice of food. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of Chinese guests at the hotel. But as a foreigner, I would like to add that it is easy to stay here for foreign guests as well, because the stuff of the hotel try to help with all the issues and it becomes really comfortable to live at the hotel. I would like to thank in particular the administrative person, Melody, for her kind help to me as a guest of the hotel with administrative registration.
Also, the room is very clean, the view from the window very beautiful, can see the river and the center of Suzhou, the hotel room is beautiful and comfortable, also here is a comfortable table and chair for working on computer if needed. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to other guests.

10-minute walk from subway station (aprox.)
We found the air conditioner in the corridors and room turned off which was a bit disappointing in the midst of the heat during summer time.
