Good location, a few minutes walk from the nearest metro station, and also a few minutes walk from tourist atttractions. Fruits and hot milk provided at night. But the room conditions could be improved. Overall it is reasonably priced given its location and service.

The staffs cant speak English well but very helpful, they upgraded my room. The room very clean, spacious and modern. The hotel is very near Shantang street. Definitely stay again when I come to Suzhou.

This hotel was beyond my expectations, it has a great location near Tang Shan street in old Suzhou, with lots of shopping around, as well as restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and has aromatherapy throughout the hotel. In the lobby, the staff is extremely helpful and kind. There is a refrigerated section of free fruits, yogurt, water and other things as well as beer and other things to purchase if you want. The room was amazing, clean, comfortable, and loaded with all the amenities you need…and more! Great stereo system with calming music every time you insert your card and a large projector tv that is also available in English or Chinese. They also offer several extras like aromatherapy foot bath free of charge 24 hours a day! I’ll definitely go back without question.

Fantastic service, hospitality, and comfortable room. Highly recommended if traveling to this area in Suzhou. Tasty noodle resto too.

厚居酒店太讚了。這是我住過難以忘懷的酒店。入住有歡迎水果，房間有咖啡、茶袋、兩對耳塞。設備智能控制，入住前就會幫忙把空調開好。注意不用人工到房間開，前台員工用電腦就可控制。入住時，一打開門，音樂響起，窗簾自動打開，燈光跟着變色柔和。落地窗後面整塊牆裝飾假植被，像山間野林，又像海底世界。傢俬質量真好，真材實料，設計新穎。連住兩晚，超級滿意。可以看得出老闆的不平凡和用心經營。雖然不便宜，但物超所值。離山塘街也不遠，出門就是步行街，很方便啊。有機會來一定還住這裏。前台員工服務真好，熱情禮貌耐心微笑。新疆籍美女很健談，也很迷人

在網上看了很多酒點之後選擇了這家，網上評價也相當高，提前打了前台電話諮詢後，就直接下單了，前台還提前詢問是否有開車，加了微信把停車場的位置發過來，很好找，停車費30元一晚。來了之後果然也沒讓我失望，不管是服務還是房間都讓人很滿意，性價比很高，真心推薦。酒店前台小姐姐很熱情，還幫忙搬箱子幫忙做咖啡，房間挺好的就是有點不隔音，不過房間配有耳塞，位置也挺好找的離哪個景點都挺近。房間是復古民國風的，房間裏設施設備也是智控的，一插房卡房間裏就有音樂自動播放的，窗簾也是自動開，挺智能的，樓下有機器人送外賣，還有水果和小零食，手磨咖啡，卸粧巾和潔面乳，免費礦泉水這些真的挺貼心的。100寸的幕布投影，看起電視和電影都是不錯的，很棒！推薦！！！[愛心]

距離山塘街很近的一家復古風酒店，房間拍照，超級出片，房間色彩搭配很好看，不一樣的蘇州風味。房間很乾凈，被子不薄不厚，蓋着舒服。特別好的是遮光效果超級棒，睡覺躺一天的感覺很舒服。距離山塘街步行3分鐘就到，交通很方便，石路地鐵站步行3分鐘。拙政園，西園寺，去哪裡都方便。最近山塘街附近還有扎神仙活動。酒店很安全，有門禁。下次還會再來。

酒店在蘇州，非常好，酒店前台接待服務態度很好，有問題服務管家都會很及時處理，酒店是連鎖的，主要是復古港式的風格，很貼切蘇州古典林園的特色，拍照很出片，設計感十足，蘇州很有小橋流水人家的特色，建築風格和其他城市都不一樣拍照出片，有民國復古的感覺。辦理入住的時候接待我的小姐姐特別熱情，還帶我去房間，給我推薦遊玩的地方和路徑。房間不是很大但是非常温馨，衞生打掃得很乾凈，房間裏配備的設施都很齊全，阿姨會每天打掃房間，也會補充必須用品。最讓我感覺記憶深刻的就是他們家的服務，晚上需要加被子也很貼心幫忙加，下次有機會一定會再去，也會跟朋友推薦的!!!
