We had a very comfortable stay at Antonia Hotel. The location is perfect and right in the heart of Fira, close to all major attractions and just a short walk from the bus station. The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. The owner and staff were extremely polite and helpful, offering great recommendations throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent. We were warmly welcomed with a coffee and a tea upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend both the hotel and the day tour they offer, which covers almost all the main sights in Santorini.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

Location : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere. Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed. Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel. Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you. Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

Jednak obsługa tego hotelu nie jest proporcjonalna do wysokiej pozycji cenowej hotelu. Moja niska ocena dotyczy obsługi hotelu. W przypadku szczególnych sytuacji personel pierwszej linii hotelu nie ma uprawnień do radzenia sobie z problemami klientów tak szybko, jak to możliwe, co prowadzi do bardzo długiego czasu i kosztów energii dla klientów oczekujących na wyniki. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo słaba. Kiedy tragarz wniósł moją walizkę do pokoju, ponieważ walizka została podniesiona i położona na ramieniu, dźwignia walizki nie została opuszczona, a następnie podniesiona. Jeśli nie wrócimy do hotelu, nie zrekompensuje nam zwykłej walizki. Czy to nie jest celowe? I stayed at May Seven Suites Hostel during my trip to Santorini, and it was the perfect base for exploring the island. The place was clean, stylish, and modern, with a peaceful vibe that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Located in Megalochori but you can take a bus to Fira (where it is so convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and the famous caldera viewpoints). The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming — great for solo travelers or anyone looking for an affordable yet boutique-style stay. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a budget-friendly but quality place in a great location!

Ten hotel jest wyjątkowy. Tak świetny. Bardzo polecam pokój z ekskluzywnym balkonem. Było tak miło, widok jest wspaniały, można zobaczyć panoramę tylko z towarzystwem. Śniadanie w pokoju jest również świetne. Personel jest tak miły, obiekt jest idealny.

酒店員工非常親切有禮！酒店有一條小路通往Oia，步行約10分鐘左右。 唯一一個缺點是如果你剛下飛機帶著很多行李再選擇乘坐當地公共巴士前往酒店的話會較為不方便，因為下車後要走一大段馬路旁的斜坡或樓梯。

這家酒店最大的優點是位置好，離費拉車站非常近，而且對面就是一個大超市，物價便宜，可以隨時去補充礦泉水和零食。其他就比較普通吧，入住時的房間靠近馬路非常嘈雜，馬上換了遠離主馬路的房間，窗户對面是另外一家酒店，有時候早上會有施工的聲音傳來。酒店最不可思議的是衞生間，沒有地方放衞生紙和浴液，衞生紙放在門外的洗手枱上，衹能開門上廁所。衞生會每天來清掃，我們入住了四天，早餐還算豐富，會每天變換花樣。站在游泳池邊上，可以看到大海。價格在聖島來説還算實惠。服務有待更主動和熱情吧。

卡爾德拉高級別墅位於伊亞（Oia）的中心，俯瞰着火山，設有游泳池和擁有基克拉迪裝飾的住宿。客房陽台享有火山口和愛琴海的景緻。 住宿和景色都很棒。工作人員非常樂於助人，英語很好。酒店提供的早餐非常出色。我唯一的抱怨是，酒店的位置在懸崖的一半，在你到達那裡之前，這需要很多樓梯。工作人員會在抵達時迎接您並拿走您的行李，但如果您的膝蓋不好等，您可能會發現難以導航。除此之外，世界上一個令人驚歎的地方。
