Beautiful and lovely surroundings. A lot to choose from for breakfast.
Most of the staff are nice, but there is one guy who is not that nice very rude the way he talks and answering questions.
There is two glass in the bathroom which is fine but if you request for a glass to drink in the room they will still bring you the same kind of glasses to you. I think they should have different shapes of glass for different purposes.
Also some of their tea cups are too big and is not classy at all.

A hotel in midst of natural environment, see very nice sun rise and sun set. quiet and peaceful. Hotel staffs are very nice, friendly. They take initiative to offer help.

Not the first visit and won’t be the last, warm, friendly welcome at reception, special mention for Monica on reception an asset to the hotel, we stayed in an executive room which was comfortable, had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed, pricing in the restaurant and at the bar was reasonable very good service all round

I didn’t like the fact the app booked the day before I wanted to stay, the hotel was happy for me to pay again for the night I actually booked!

Very good and friendly staff.Room comfortable but a little dated.Bed and pillows soft giving good nights sleep.Lovely grounds for walking.

It looked good on the website but disappointing execution at the premises. It’s been designed by someone without any knowledge of how a hotel works. The reception entrance is at the back if the house where you’d expected entrance to be. The bar in the conservatory lacked any a**osphere, all draught beers were off, and the design was flat and uninteresting. However the staff were trying their best and were friendly too. The grounds provided a nice place to walk.

not enough staff let it down. we were there for a reunion and the staff that were their performed very well . Only one staff member was on after 10pm and they had to book people in, take room service and do the bar. We waited along time to served at the bar which was disappointing but not the members fault.
