"Wspaniała lokalizacja i przyjazny personel; jednak, sposób utrzymania nieruchomości pozostawia wiele do pożądania. Po pierwsze, czystość jest dość niska. W jednym pokoju znaleźliśmy formę wewnątrz ram okna; w drugim, złamany panel okna; i było wiele kobwebów w całym domu. Wanny są potencjalnie niebezpieczne ze względu na różnicę wysokości pomiędzy podłogami, a urządzenia łazienki również pokazują jasne znaki wieku. Suszarka jest szczerze śmieszna it wygląda przynajmniej 30 lat. Jedzenie jest niedostateczne i nic specjalnego; nie polecam obiad na miejscu. Mieliśmy wysokie oczekiwania, ale wszyscy byli rozczarowani, a nawet śniadanie nie było przyjemne. Nasze jedyne podziękowania pochodzą do personelu, który zawsze był uważny i pomocny."

"Unfortunately there was a power cut. Despite having no electricity or water, the receptionists booked us into the hotel. Despite having mobility problems, the receptionist stated I had to climb 5 floors to my room on the top floor. There was no opportunity to wash or change, or even use the toilet, as there was no water. There was probably a huge risk to health and safety as people with mobility problems would not have been able to go down the stairs. There was a lairy alcoholic in reception who had come from the Weatherspoons pub, and eventually 2 policemen. The receptionist stated I was manned by 3 young people who hadn’t got a clue what to do. It appears there was no policy about what to do in a power cut. They refused to find another hotel for me and refused to give a refund. I will never stay at this hotel again, despite regularly travelling to Swindon"

"It was a great stay ． Especially, I think breakfast should be added ． The room was clean and the reception was very kind! It was a memorable experience ．"

"We stopped there on the way to the hospital. The food they served us was enough to put you in hospital. The food was disgusting, with what looked like snot coming out of the vinegar bottle. The glasses were dirty, and the food was watery and tasteless. Complete waste of money will never return. "

"Very tired hotel and in need of refurbishment. Bathroom very cold and worn . Bed very comfortable but bedding looked tired and uncared for . Sadly given wrong time for breakfast next day at pub adjacent and arriving at 9.14 am as agreed we were rudely told breakfast finished at 9am and get a refund from hotel as it was their fault. The pub had confirmed 9.15am was fine the night previously when we had dinner there. Perhaps the hotel and pub could have staff training on liaison and customer service (from the pub) as we were rudely sent away despite continental breakfast fully available and all on show. Disappointing experience as we were attending a funeral with a long journey ahead and breakfast not available locally as booked and paid for in advance"

"Came here a couple of times whilst in Swindon as it looked ok inside and had plenty of customers. Great service from all the bar staff we encountered. Food is ok, but nothing special. I had katsu hash browns as there wasn’t much in the way of gluten free options. The hash browns were quite soggy, and there wasn’t much sauce, so I assume they were microwaved. There wasn’t much a football match on one evening and the place was packed with people watching on the big screens. The bar staff amazingly kept up with orders throughout the night."
