"I didn't like the facilities"

"We booked directly through La Ventura's website based on the photos and description, but unfortunately the reality did not match our expectations. The biggest issue was that the room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos and felt quite claustrophobic. The property itself also felt very different from the atmosphere presented online. What looked like a lush, charming outdoor space was mostly artificial grass, and the common areas felt empty and uninviting. The location is also worth mentioning. While the beach is technically within walking distance, it is a much longer walk than we expected, especially in the heat. When we contacted management immediately after arrival to express our concerns, we felt our feedback was dismissed rather than acknowledged. We were told the photos had been professionally done and that no refund would be considered. This review is simply to help future guests set realistic expectations. Our experience was that the property looked significantly better in the photos than it did in person, and the customer service response added to our disappointment. We could not stay in this place and went to look for another one."
