This was a one night stay while I explored the ****** with a friend and I enjoyed my stay, clean amenities, room, elevator and relax area. Staff was friendly and loved my pet!

I have never had hotel staff be so kind! My boyfriend and I both slept in past check out and managed to forget all types of stuff (including his prescription medication!) and both the front desk and the housekeepers were beyond helpful through all of this. The room was wonderful, it was a smoking room so last smoke was there but overall I LOVE this hotel!

Visible mold in the entire room growing on the bed skirts.Comforters pillowcases and the walls. toilet would not flush at all. couldn't change rooms because non refundable.

I would never stay there again. The rooms are horrible sheets has stains on it. It was dirty roaches. Next time. I will stay at the quality inn that’s across the street.

Elevator was dirty. No phone in the room, the toilet leaked at the bottom, my key was turned off on Saturday night even though I reserved 2 nights. All in a non-refundable room/hotel

Many "entrepreneurs" nearby. Tour this property (don't stay) to understand the sad and forgotten underclass in the US. I felt more sorry AND unsafe; and figured my car was gonna have a busted window overnight. It didn't.

In a bad neighborhood. Lots of loitering and homeless hanging around hotel. Rooms are not very clean there were stains on our black blankets dirt and food stuck to walls. Floor was not sweep or mopped very well could not walk around without shoes. The area around ice machine on 1st floor smelled on urine. The pool was not able to be used claims PH levels were bad so cared about pool chemicals but not about how nasty the rooms are. I sent my oldest to go get towels on Saturday morning and front desk told us no house keeping us coming around I got there on Wed and never got new towels and they never came around had to go to desk myself and still tried to argue with me. I do not recommend

The area was very much to be desired. The outlets didn't work. The bed wasn't comfortable and the cover was a curtain. You have to stand directly under the shower. The TV keeps stalling. Seems like a lot of homeless people live there, just nasty grounds.
