Once booked, it was noted that the room has windows however when i checked in, the hotel staff said that the room i've book have no windows. I dont know is there any misinformation or miscommunication between trip and hotel, but I am really unhappy. There are also no soap or shampoo in the room. If there are anybody else using this kind of room, be sure to align the toilet lid properly. You cant flush otherwise. I am glad that I stayed only for one night.

This hotel provide breakfast. Recommended. Staff friendly and helpful. Spacious room, clean and tidy. Affordable price. Muslim friendly

Most are ok, only the service at the counter needs to be improved in the future so that customers will come to stay at this hotel.

Last minute booking but all good for one night stay. Just comfortable to sleep, shower & rest.

Stayed here for 1 night. all good (toilet/iron/shower cream/water dispenser) but maybe can improve on cleanliness of bed sheet. overall okay

Clean hotel. The room was small and the table along the wall made it difficult to get to the window and the kettle. Beds comfortable. Toilet was clean but does not come with a shower curtain. Ironing boards outside the rooms. Water cooler is also outside the rooms. The room only has 3+1 coffee so bring your own tea or nescafe. No fridge or safe in the room. The hotel is in a housing area and can be noisy if the zumba class is on in one of the shops. After 9.30 pm it is quiet. There is a 7eleven and a few chinese restaurants that open in the evening. An indian curry house is open during the day. Food can be a problem but you can drive to the town which is only about 5 minutes by car. There is a night market every night in town. No tourist attractions close by so this hotel is good as a stop over.

On transit to the beach, prepare the night at this hotel. Pretty new and clean. Comfortable bed and good location, close to some food stalls around. Car parking is available beside the hotel. Simple but delicious fat rice is given compliments for breakfast.

We had a one night stay at Merrinton. We chose Merrinton for the good review by other people. The hotel is located along shoplots, but worry not there is an ample parking space provided. The hotel is also equipped with elevator and 24 hours front desk, few plug point in the room, wifi, television, water heater and towels.Thumbs up to the hotel management as this hotel is disable-friendly and we felt secure as we notice they have cctv at every floor/corner. There is a convenience shop and few restaurants/cafes next to the hotel. Overall, we are very happy to experience the Merrinton Hotel.

There is no hanger, only a hanger stick, the door lock is too bad, it is not recommended to live alone, the sanitation is not very clean, I booked a room with a window, and when I arrived, I was told that there was no room with a window, because I was too late, I don’t want to argue , I don't want to make trouble.
