No complaints at all.. worth its price... we were there for a night stay while waiting for our flight in the next morning... they have room service too, and that is good for us as there's only local stalls available near the hotel. Staffs were really helpful.

The hotel is clean and new and inexpensive. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Location is great - home pro is right next door, central shopping mall and Tesco lotus is just 5mins drive away. Diving to the city is about 15-30mins depending on traffic. Breakfast comes in set (different wraps and hot beverages to choose from). Stayed at the presidential suite with breakfast paid only 2800thb for 2 nights after deducting trip coins. Room is spacious and clean. Would stay here again!

The hotel is about three kilometers away from the airport, and the surrounding area is deserted, but the overall feeling of the hotel is that it is in a corner of its own, simple, artistic and clean. The courtyard is not big, so it is natural and warm. There were geckos in the room, which is understandable in the suburbs. The restaurant provides three meals a day, with a small variety of food but good taste and reasonable prices. The service is very good and the staff are very hospitable. If you have any needs, you can communicate with the front desk and they will do their best. Because of their sincerity, we had a smooth journey these days.

The room is clean and clean, the beds are hard and sometimes there is something to maintain, such as a piece of bed that is piece or paint on the wall, but this is certainly not hindered and certainly not for the price you pay. Very good. Booked without thinking much Book for only 1 night, summary, stay 4-5 . Good location, not close, not far from the city, about 5 minutes, convenient transportation. The room is clean too. Personally, the sound is not disturbing. Feel safe Even though there is no hair dryer and water heater, it is not that difficult on the day. In the rain, there are all delivery items. The staff are very friendly. Most importantly, there are a lot of parking spaces. As for the part we stay, it is a private car park in front of the room. But there are still many parking spaces for the building to be fully secure, comfortable, great.

The scenery is quite amazing, it's a good bargain for every penny spent. At first I was skeptical about the environ but as I explored, I'm simply left amazed at the HOSPITALITY comfort and care shown. A place to visit soon again

The room was clean, the view was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was very good, but nothing special. Quiet and beautiful swimming pool during the day (there are many Thais after 4 pm); opposite the Yichu Lotus (5 minutes walk), very close to the city center shopping mall, and there are shuttle buses! When going out, don't take the blue tucktuck taxi in front of the hotel (they are special pits), if you want to go to the city center during the day. Just wait at the bus stop in front of the hotel... Tickets are about 10 to 20 baht, depending on the number of stops.

An excellent hotel opposite the Diamond Plaza Hotel. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Good hot water shower and strong wifi. Breakfast is a choice of a lar carte menu and was delicious. They provide coffee and cookies all day. A very well laid out hotel which I highly recommend. The location was also good with some restaurants around. 7 Eleven and Lotus's is approximately 800 meters Staff are polite and they arranged a taxi to Surat Thani Airport at 400 THB. There was no safety deposit box in the room.(506)

We stayed here a couple of nights. Check-in was quick and easy, the room clean, and the bed comfortable. We had the included breakfast the first morning and it was fine, the lady working in there kept everything in order and was cleaning up as needed. There is one thing however, it's not really a negative and it didn't effect my final score but there isn't much to see in the general area and it can be difficult finding transportation if you are out walking.
