Everything else is fine Facilities: complete, the shower head in room 111 can't hang, it needs to be replaced and repaired Environment: Excellent, there is a big supermarket nearby******

My partner and I stayed here for a couple nights during my interrailing trip. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is a 2 min walk to the train station and about a 5 min walk to the beach. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and had great customer service! We arrived early but was able to check our bags in and headed out. Again, when we arrived back to the hotel late at night the male night reception was super friendly! Great customer service! However, on checkout the lady at reception was very rude. We overheard her ask for 40 cent more from the couple in front of us as the hotel had charged them wrong. And then without even saying hello she stated that we owe money. We had paid in full on arrival so was confused and asked why. She stated that the gentleman who checked us in had not calculated it right and that we owed €2. As this had happened to the people in front of us as well we felt it was wrong of them to be asking every customer for the extra money if it was the hotel at fault. She became very abrupt and said “will you not pay it then”. Obviously we weren’t bothered about the €2 but it was the way we were being spoken to considering it was the hotel at fault. Perhaps staff training in customer service is needed for this individual as well as training in basic numerical skills. Overall, I don’t want to leave a terrible review as it was only that one lady who treated us very badly and was very rude. All the other staff were amazing and went above and beyond! So yes I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a cheap stay in Cannes with the perfect location! Just disappointed in the bad ending!

The room is very clean, IRREPROCHABLE and omnipresent 👏. Very comfortable bedroom, and very welcome earrings to spend a night 🌃 very restful. HAUT and FORT must say that the household staff who works still in the shadow and without the household staff is the key directly under the screw. So, sincerely, all my congratulations 👏 for the household staff who do a remarkable work every day of the week and 99% of customers ignore the skills of household staff. A great thankfulness to the entire team of this hotel where you feel like at home. The rooms are very beautiful and very clean. Excellent breakfast. The laughterful and welcome staff. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our vacation in France. The views are unmatched at this hotel, but the service is the real star of the show. From the welcome drinks and presentation when you walk in to the incredibly attentive poolside servers, we have never felt so taken care of in all of our travels. Willie at the front desk was so helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed all the hotel had to offer with a day at the pool, a spa visit, and dinner at Recif. As other reviewers have stated, the higher rooms have better views and there is a bit of noise if your room is over the restaurant, but that did not bug us at all. Food and drink at the pool were a bit pricey but very tasty and worth the splurge for such a nice stay. Dinner at Recif is a must if you’re visiting. It was a delicious experience, not to be missed. Thank you Les Roches Rouges for such a nice stay!

We stayed here from Christmas to New Years and it was a very nice option in the area! It was very safe. The rooms were clean and kitchen functional. I LOVED that they had a water filter in our room so that we didn't need to go buy filtered water. That saved us a bunch. Safe, gated complex in a quaint little French village. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
