Uroczy, dziwny, pokoje, ale kto nie lubi pre-set drewniany palnik, świeże mleko w lodówce i mnóstwo herbaty, kawy i gorącej czekolady. Sklep jest dobrze zapasowany...i kiedy mówię dobrze zapasowany, że inckud jest pełną szafką lekarską i łóżka powietrzne."

"We had Sunday lunch . Simply delicious. Wonderful setting , comfortable lounge for pre lunch drinks with a cosy wood burner . Service was excellent, staff very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend."

"Comfy bed and good towels. Cottage was well equipped, for eating in. Didn't use sauna or hot tub as outside and it was very cold. Private use of pool was nice. Location good for North York moors and York and Ripon. Will visit again and explore more of the area"

"Spędziłem 2 noce i nigdy więcej. Pokój był mały i tak gorący, nawet z otwartym oknem i wentylatorem przez cały dzień i noc. To było tylko 18 stopni, więc niebo wie, jak to byłoby w fali ciepła. Mąż Mu ledwo mógł wejść do łóżka z boku, bo było tak zacięte miejsce. Poprosiliśmy o cichy pokój, ponieważ jestem niedobry i był cichy, ale 3 loty schodów, które nie jest wielki dla mnie lub mojego 76-letniego męża. Łazienka była duża z ładnymi toaletami, ale po prysznicu było jak sauna, jak nie system ekstrakcji. Wyobraź sobie, że nie można uwierzyć. Złamany ogień i śmieci na dachu. Receptor był bardzo niepotrzebny. Nie zalecał ani nie powracał."

"I Have to say that we had a really nice stay at the Morndyke Shephards Huts, some really nice things about it but a couple of things not so good but still enjoyable non the less. I’ll start with the downsides and get that out of the way then move on to what was good about it. The main issue was comfort, “Yes I know it’s a shephards hut” but I still expect a decent mattress, sleep quality was really poor for both of us as a result of this, easily fixed by replacing the mattress with a decent one, I use the word decent as the mattress was really poor and decent would be good enough, secondly make sure you take a travel iron with you as there is no ironing facility on site or in your hut. That said we still enjoyed our stay, The hut had everything that you need (Other than an iron) and the outdoor area was great, we stayed in Flopsy right next to the bird feeding station which was really nice to watch, there is also a fishing lake right next to the huts which is very popular with local anglers and from what I witnessed with good reason just from having a few brief walks around the lake I witnessed Tench, Carp, and decent sized Roach being caught so clearly well worth a visit for fishing alone. their is a small shop on site selling cakes and other nicknaks you might need, but the best thing is you are free to use the washing machine and dryer for free but we popped a couple of pounds in the honesty box when we used it. you can also purchase fore wood for £2.00 a bucket from the carpark but it’s mainly small pieces for the burner in the hut so I recommend buying logs elsewhere for the campfire outside. If you want a bit of a night out we found Thirsk a very friendly place, we visited 5 pubs and the people were very friendly but I would recommend sorting you travel both into thirsk and back before you go. overall well worth a visit at £110.00 per night I think slightly overpriced by maybe £15.00 per night based on other similar breaks we have had this year, but enjoyable overall."
