"Not clean, very smelly, no AC. They said it’s central ac once we got there and the manager asked us to keep the door open. Cancelled the reservation without receiving the payment. Very bad place to stay and trip. Com should take steps to look after the Customer. Never use trip.com and Kingsway inn ."

"We stayed at Superior Shores twice, both coming and going. The hotel is clean and the rooms have been updated. Decor is fresh. Downside was the location of the hotel as it was close to encampment. Also the coffee machine did not work very well."
