The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude to me and my children. We checked into a suite and two extra people were with us. They were not checking in, just waiting for their taxi to arrive. We dropped our bags off in the room and the receptionist called to ask if the extra people were staying. I said no, that they would be getting picked up soon, and that we were leaving right away to eat dinner anyway. She rudely told me they could stay for 30-40 minutes only. We left within 5 minutes of checking in since we had been traveling all day and were hungry. We came back over an hour later. We couldnt find the wifi info in the room so I sent my teen brother and two young kids to the front desk to ask. The receptionist thought it appropriate to tell the kids that the extra people, my teen brother being one of them, had stayed more time than allowed and we would be charged for their stay. It had been 20 minutes since we had returned from dinner. I immediately went downstairs to talk to a manager to which the receptionist said there wasn’t one on site, she could not provide a name, a number, or when they would be coming in, very dismissively. Absolutely nothing was resolved, we were not helped, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Our guests were picked up exactly having spent 35 minutes total in our room, under the 40 minute maximum the receptionist deemed appropriate. Will never return here again and of all the hotels near the airport, I highly recommend you pick any other one.
