"I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was amazing from start to finish, and all the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also loved the location, which was convenient and beautiful. One of the most fantastic moments was seeing kangaroos outside our room, which made the experience even more special and unforgettable. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"It's a big campsite, and the rooms are pretty good. However, the sea view room I booked is actually across the aisle from the sea. You can't see the sea from the room. Especially when I just came from the nrma tent room in Phillip Island, the difference is too obvious."

"Check-in staff was rude and I didn’t even get notified by 3pm for check-in.  Room floors were dirty with crumbs around dining table and on chairs upon check-in but cleaning staff quickly vacuumed when I requested.  Otherwise rest of room was clean and location/pool great."

"I have stayed here before and have found all to be excellent.  The proximity to my 90 year old Mums nursing home being the drawcard.  This time however, on one of the days we stayed, we were not able to shower as there was a leaky pipe, and the water was turned off so they could fix it.  Not their fault, but as we only stayed 3 days and were out early every morning (old ladies have zero tolerance for being late) we found it disappointing and so marked it down from ‘excellent’ to ‘good.’"

"We loved Torquay and the caravan park’s location was perfect. A quick walk to the amazing beach on one side and the town’s restaurants and shops on the other side. It’s a a jam packed park with camp sites and cabins right next to each, but there is a small play area with some grass and a fun trampoline. Cabin had everything we needed."
