櫃檯帥哥很好，自動幫忙升級房型！
但停車位不多，停車需繳交鑰匙在櫃檯
也沒有提供收費機場接送
會幫忙叫計程車，

The experience was good, the trea**ent was very upscale, it is a clean hotel. The problem is that some days are hot in the winter and the room has air conditioning, but I asked the reception and he told me that it does not work in the winter.

This hotel was way overpriced for the quality of the apar**ent and the services provided.
No soap and toilet papers were provided when we checked in, we had to ask for them. They only provided 3 towels for an apar**ent with 4 adults!! We asked for additional towels multiple times during first day and night but only received them when room service came in the following day.
Wifi was terrible and extremely slow and useless. We relied on our data plans.
Toilet was so small for an apar**ent of 4 adults.
Gentleman at the reception (Fateh) who works during the day was very nice and tried his best to help us, but the receptionist who worked at night had serious attitude issues.
Overall this was one the worst hotel experiences for me ever, and i would not recommend this place to any one.

The room is very small, bad smell in the bathroom, old bed and not comfortable. The staff and the service were very good.

Amazing stay, staff was friendly, close to airport, however the breakfast was limited and the same every day.

It was a decent hotel near to Trabzon airport. Breakfast was awful. Rooms were ok

One of the best hotels in trabzon if not the best, the staff here are amazing, helpful and nice + the hotel was so clean and it had a nice location and a really nice rooms view. If you are looking to stay in a place in trabzon then this is the right place to stay in. Special thanks to Mr.Gökhan for his warm greeting and hospitality
