"The facilities are somewhat good, and there's a bidet, but there are no complimentary amenities in the room, not even water in the fridge. There's also no private parking for cars, meaning you just park anywhere. However, its proximity to the airport is a plus, and the sea view was beautiful. But late at night, you can hear everything, even a cat walking down the street, and I was on the top floor! The breakfast was very standard and not worth adding to the service. In my opinion, it's not worth the price."

"Excellent, friendly service with large, clean and comfortable room and bed. Really convenient and walkable for airport but a minibus ride from the centre of Trabzon. The shower was also spacious, the water hot and two shower heads available. The lounge was comfortable though I didn't need to use it. My only gripe was that I found the underfloor heating a little warm for my taste and would have preferred controllable air conditioning. I only had the buffet breakfast once and it was good, well presented and varied but a little cool once plated. I would recommend this hotel to others."

Although it’s a bit far from the meydan, the minibus makes it very convenient—about 15–20 minutes, dropping you right in front of the hotel, with the return stop just across the road. The WiFi was strong, and the room was clean. The only issue was the bathroom ceiling in room 804, which had some mould. Aside from that, the breakfast was satisfying and the staff were very helpful."

As a result, they refused to check us in and also refused to cancel our reservation and return the money for failure to provide services. We strongly do not recommend this hotel.
