Appart'Hotel Sainte Trinite

The property is very quaint and in the pedestrianised part of the old town, which is lovely and handy for an evening stroll. Our apar**ent was on the top floor, which was a little bit of a challenge with a baby and pram/luggage (no lift, so beware when booking). The apar**ent was clean but a bit "unfinished" looking with some raw edges to the kitchenette counters and a very exposed water tank in the bathroom. The shower and cubicle weren't very practical for anyone taller than 5ft5 and led to a LOT of water ending up on the floor. In addition, the towels smelled a bit off, so I am unsure of the washing process. Overall, it was a nice place, but there is a bit of a snagging list of things that need "finishing" for it to be in tip top condition.

We had a cell phone and data problem and had trouble locating it. The proprietor came down in a timely manner and let us in. He was very helpful. What a fascinating old neighborhood!

Nothing fancy, but a quite reasonable place to sty at a good price. Friednly and concientous host.

The aparthotel is convenient to touring the city of Troyes and is located on the pedestrian route of the city. While the stairs to the apar**ents are steep and narrow, that was a minor concern for us. The apar**ent was very quiet, the bed was incredibly comfy, and we thought it was a perfect base for exploring Troyes! The management of the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return!

We booked this hotel for 1 night to break our journey from the Alps to Calais. Location is great but the hotel really let us down. I think it is quite normal to expect a mirror in a hotel room, but there was not one. I used the microwave door as a mirror! There were no window coverings (we were in the eaves so blinds would have been appreciated). Only 1 small pillow each and no surfaces in the bedroom to put clothes or suit case on, some instructions to enter the building would have been useful, also as would a welcome letter with details of the Wi-Fi. To top it all there was no hot water. The building does not have a manned reception so getting hold of anyone to complain is very difficult. Overall a very shabby and unfinished room that did not impress me. I will not be returning.

Brand new conversion, but some areas not finished. Great location. Lovely ancienne building. Old stairs not great for large suitcases so use smaller cabin/hand luggage type or soft bags. Our main concerns are a clean bathroom and a good mattress. 5 stars on both.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and I have stayed in thousands of hotels. We had arranged a late check in, as we were a family of 4 travelling from the Cote d’Azur. However, not only was the hotel closed when we arrived, but the manager (who had called us only 45 minutes before we arrived) deliberately switched his phone off so as to make it impossible for us to get into our rooms (we had booked and paid for 3 rooms in advance). In fact he laughed at our predicament. Amazingly, they had called several times earlier in the day, to get a credit card to pay for breakfast the following morning - which was a breakfast that we never saw - let alone got to eat. As far as I am concerned, these people are thieves. Do not stay here! We had to sleep in out car - yes including my young children - as all the other hotels in the town were full. We have contacted our bank to get them to extract a refund - as we never saw the rooms or the breakfasts either!! See photos below.

J’ai mis deux pour deux raisons, la première étoile, parce que cela se situe en centre-ville, la deuxième, parce que l’effort a été fait pour un petit déjeuner certes succincte. La chambre que j’ai eu est dans un état, plus que lamentable depuis la table de la cuisine, des personnes qui passe dans le couloir, peuvent vous observer, cette même fenêtre, a d’ailleurs du papier peint arraché au coin de cette fenêtre d’ailleurs . Alarme incendie posée sur le micro-ondes 2 +, 1 odeur de renfermer et d’humidité aurais dû me faire fuir dès le départ . Arrivé dans la chambre, je constate que le climatiseur a fui sur la moquette et c’est cela qui dégage l’odeur À mon arrivée, pas de chauffage… Une tringle à rideau sur deux … Je pense que je vais m’arrêter là …

Gite de charme dans la partie piétonne de la ville. Le gite est vaste. Quelques éléments demandent réparation comme les toilettes
