"A beautiful place to stay for a night on the way from Provence back to the Eurotunnel (we would happily have stayed an extra night). Really pretty old hotel with very attentive staff and a beautiful courtyard. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the very attractive town centre where there’s a big choice of restaurants. There’s no private parking so the choice is squeezing into on-street spaces or driving a couple of minutes to the nearest underground car park which the hotel can give you a 5 euro ticket for. Double bedroom was small but nicely appointed, although no air conditioning, just a fan. Would recommend. The sister hotel next door is 5-star, this was the slightly cheaper option, although the very small swimming pool and either courtyard could be used by all residents."

"Luckily there was a space outside to park and check in. We had reserved a parking space but there was plenty of other options available. We thought the parking was a bit pricey compared to other places we stayed. This is probably why the underground parking was empty! Room was as expected. The large step up to the bathroom seemed it could be a trip hazard. Breakfast was actually better than we expected with plenty of fresh choices. Good value stay."

"We had email exchanges with La Maison De Rhodes before our visit so we were already confident that this was a well-run hotel, but the reality was so much more. Firstly, inside and outside it is stunning - the old stone and wood frontage of the property and wrought ironwork lead you to a wood beamed interior, exposed brickwork, lots of dried flowers and plump sofas. Our room was stunning with ceiling beams, white linen and stone floors and a very comfortable bed. The location was ideal, down a side street by the Cathedral. The staff were friendly and very helpful, providing restaurant recommendations, arranging taxis etc We had a really lovely 3 days in Troyes and La Maison de Rhodes was a huge part of that."

The blind was broken, and the price was too high, even though it was already on sale. It's only suitable for one night, no more. Otherwise, the host was responsive and provided clear instructions."

"I reserve for 3 people , in the apartment quite well placed and well equipped , 2 wallpapers , and no drape or haircut for the 3rd occupant ... Keys must be recovered to another address between 16 and 21h St Georges hotel , not practical , I find it by arrival , and on the phone, the person tells me that it is indicated and that they tell the renters by SMS , but I haven't received anything because they tell me that Expedia sold the room to Trip so they didn't have my number, so if you are aware why not indicate it directly and clearly on the product sheet , I think it is them to make sure that different information about their apartments ... A marble excuse without looking at it when I get the keys ... This is not all product , they also left plastic boxes on the floor , I feel like I'm fucking fucking and I'm not a very demanding person . In short , the apartment was not bad , but all the rest was wasting the experience ! "
