This hotel has a lot going for it; incredible view over the city and old castle, impeccably attentive staff, delicious food and excellent amenities. A few items we found not meeting the high quality we expected from a Small Luxury Hotels of the World and Hyatt Regency partner was some things that were lacking. The landscaping was a bit underwhelming and I saw many ****s. The pool area is subjected to the city street noise and multiple sirens go by hourly. There was also a hotel or bar playing music so loud that drifted up the hill to the hotel. They play the pool music fairly loud at the Mamara to mask it. Not great if you are wanting to relax or nap by the pool. Also, our AC would not cool our room. We had to sleep with our ground floor slider open. We called for repair and no one showed up for three hours before we left for the pool, which as someone else mentioned, was quite cool. (Maybe because it’s early May???) I’m glad we are using points to pay for the room rather than out of pocket. We are the highest level of Hyatt Regency and they told us they were upgrading us from garden view to sea view. Ummm, barely. Only if you sit out on the patio and look between two buildings.

The hotel is very clean and new! The check in staff are very friendly and made us feel like home.great location right behind the Turgetreis marina. The decor is very modern and we are looking forward to returning. The bed was slightly hard but nothing worth complaining about.

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful hotel and I am counting the days to my fifth. A lovely warm welcome which is what I needed after a long day of travelling. My room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were perfect and I slept so well. It has a good sized bathroom with plenty of clean towels. Breakfast was typically Turkish which I love. Always fresh. I had most of my evening meals here all of which were very tasty and hot, especially with a nice cold glass of beer or wine. Well done chef, you know who you are. The staff were absolutely lovely, so helpful and friendly, I wish them all the very best for whatever they choose to do. You made my stay so pleasant and relaxing, thank you. The hotel has a beautiful pool, not enormous but always clean and inviting. The area around it was always clean and tidy and very hot. The reception area has lots of chairs and a tv. There was sanitiser available at the door if wanted. The breakfast tables were emptied and cleaned after every use, sitting beside the Aegean to eat everyday was a real bonus. I loved my stay. Beautiful boutique hotel at the heart of Gümüşlük. I have stayed at this hotel in 07/23 on high season and in 10/23 on off season. Hotel is clean and decorated beautifully. Owners and staff are very helpful and kind. They create the feeling that you are at home away from home. The rooms with balcony are just awesome. You have a view to the Gümüşlük’s colourful restaurants and to the little village harbour. Dawns and sunsets are magnificent in this place and you can follow those from your balcony. On October I stayed one night at the standard room. Room was nice but to have a great experience I recommend the room with balcony and sea view. Breakfast is good and it’s served at the hotel’s gorgeous terrace upstairs. The beach is nearby, it’s very basic but cosy. Restaurants by the beach offer sunbeds and services. At the local beach where I stayed are often families with their portable camping chairs.

A wonderful, even exquisite hotel in the center of Bodrum. Cleanliness, newness and quality of the rooms, hospitality, transportation etc. are all very good. Normally I don't bother to sit down and write, but such hotel management deserves applause and congratulations. I looked at the comments and found it and booked a room. This hotel has nothing more or less than anything else. Well done to the owners and good work.
