"Clean room but pathetic service. I had stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Before booking , as my parents requires tea at morning . I asked them if they had tea services, and about the room. They said they had 24/7 services for tea and coffee. When we reach here they dont even have masala for the tea or even ginger. And took an hour bring a tea. It happened both days. Even if they dont get tea orders that often, but for that much amount of room these are very basic expectations..... after that in my room before going to the temple washroom was clean but after coming back to the room .the toilet seat was so dirty. Some tobacco stains were there. And when I asked them to clean. NOBODY SHOWED UPP. Though the staff people are fine but the services are bad for that much amount of money they are asking for a single night.not recommended for family stay."

Hotel Kusum Kunj

"This is my first visit to this place. It's very close to the Mahakaleshwar temple. The facility is maintained well. Support from the staff is very nice mainly in arranging transport to the Kala Bhairav temple."
