The hotel looked like the photos and breakfast was good. The restaurant waitstaff was attentive and polite. The location was ok too.
My issue was that I booked this hotel specifically because it had a/c. But my room’s a/c was broken for my entire 5 night stay. No one seemed to care or understand why this was a problem. Each hotel employee told me a different reason for the broken a/c. No one tried to fix it though.
I was very upset about the lack of a/c. I could’ve stayed at a hotel without a/c for half the price! This is not what I expect from an international brand.

Very decent hotel. Only issue is they do not turn on the central aircon for heating and only depend on the heater, which can be quite cold sometimes during this period of time.
Suggestion to the hotel, get your hotel listed on UB cab so that the service can locate your hotel! It's s shame your hotel couldn't be located on the app!

Holiday Inn located in a walking distance to downtown and many museum. The hotel is fairly new and had a great gym with all the equipment you needed. Check in and out is fast and smooth. Wifi is good if you can connected it , unfortunately I experienced numerous time the user name and password not correctly connect and need to run down to the front desk for assistance

酒店樓下就是景點，不遠處也有便利店和飯店，距離機場的話也不是特別遠，位於烏蘭巴託城市西側，可以避免市內的交通擁堵。整體環境上還是不錯的，比較乾淨整潔。

房間熱得沒法睡，衹能開窗，窗外大街吵得不行。最糟糕的，電話前台去機場接，説清楚的價格，到了酒店不認賬。陰陽兩本接機價，跟我説一個是酒店自己的，一個是第三方的啥的。入住酒店那麼多年第一次遇到。這holliday inn是假的吧
