"During my 6-day self-guided tour in Ulaanbaatar, we encountered several difficulties due to the scarcity of roofed taxis, the inconvenience of ride-hailing apps, and language barriers. The manager provided timely, thoughtful, and detailed assistance, which allowed us to successfully complete our travel plans in Ulaanbaatar. A special thanks goes to the manager who personally accompanied us after my companion's phone was accidentally lost while shopping. With the manager's and front desk staff's diligent communication, the phone was successfully retrieved. Thank you again! The manager is Chinese, so communication was seamless, and he was very helpful! I highly recommend this hotel to friends."

"I stayed with my girlfriend who is Mongolian. I detected the receptionist's hostility towards her and found the receptionist's attitude a bit nasty. We checked in around 11pm. And my gf was the one who booked it. And she wanted to change the name to mine/foreigner. So there won't be any problems, but her request to modify the travelers' name through Trip app by the hotel was denied . And when we were checking in, the reception was demanding her passport for which she explained why they could use my passport instead. But after some minutes of explanation, we finally got to check into our room. I wish the receptionist was more welcoming. Although I don't speak Mongolian well, I felt the tone wasn't very pleasant. Facilities are minimalistic and modern. They have nice strip lights around the mirror. We liked the overall interior. One downside is the hot water often disappears. Apart from that, it was fine. There's TV in the Double room and a private shower. Nice amenities"

"Fantastic stay in Ulaanbaatar – highly recommended! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. For a hotel right in the city center during peak season, the price was super reasonable. The room is well-maintained and the decor still feels quite fresh and modern. The location is absolutely perfect. It is within easy walking distance to all the main tourist spots in Ulaanbaatar, such as Sukhbaatar Square, the Chinggis Khaan National Museum, and the State Department Store. Given that traffic in downtown Ulaanbaatar is notoriously bad, walking is definitely much faster than taking a car! I was also impressed by the comprehensive range of toiletries provided. Everything you could possibly need—toothpaste, a comb, a razor, and a shower cap—was all there, and they even included a sewing kit! The staff speak fluent English, making communication a breeze. They were also incredibly helpful—after I checked out to head to Terelj National Park, they kindly assisted me in booking a taxi. If I ever visit Ulaanbaatar again, I will definitely choose to stay here!"

"I arrived into the hotel very late (almost 1am) due to the road journey from another city. Once I get into the room, a gush of cold air blew into me and I realised that the window was open and the temperature was 7 degree celcius. Tried to turn on the heater but it seems to be NOT WORKING. But was lucky to have a good blanket to keep me warm through the night. Took a shower and realised that there wasn’t a bath towel provided to the room. SUPER disappointed. Instead, used the bathrobe to dry myself. Didn’t bother to contact the front desk as I was super tired from a long trip before arrival to the hotel."

"The hotel's location is super central; it's a 10-minute walk to landmarks like the Blue Sky Hotel, the National University of Mongolia, and the GOBI cashmere store. It's about 50 km from the airport, but it took us 2.5 hours to get there due to heavy traffic. When I asked why, I learned a few things: firstly, used cars are incredibly cheap to import into Mongolia, with no tariffs, and you'll see both left and right-hand drive vehicles, leading to a huge number of car purchases. Secondly, the city's road planning is inadequate; the roads are already narrow, parking is unregulated, and there are no subways or ring roads to ease congestion. Thirdly, while Mongolia has a population of 3.5 million and a land area of 1.56 million square kilometers, averaging only two people per square kilometer, the vastness of the country means households own 1.5-2 cars on average. The breakfast was good; I especially liked the yogurt and cereal, and the dining environment was elegant and comfortable. The staff were all very professional. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. I did have two minor complaints: 1. I couldn't find an electrical outlet near the bed for charging. 2. The sink was a bit too low, requiring me to constantly bend over, which was a bit hard on my back."

"Gorąco polecam!! Właścicielka jest bardzo, ale to bardzo czysta! Wszystko było nienagannie posprzątane. Wcześniej wysyłała maile z kodem dostępu. Jest też bardzo pomocna i świetnie mówi po angielsku! Rozmawiała ze mną, a nawet pokazała mi przewodnik po kolei transsyberyjskiej, który zostawili inni Chińczycy, haha. Na dole jest sklep spożywczy, naprzeciwko przystanek autobusowy, obok muzeum, a do dworca kolejowego idzie się około 35 minut. Jeśli znowu będę w Ułan Bator, na pewno ponownie wybiorę to miejsce!"

"Overall, the communication was decent, and the stay was mostly good. However, there were a couple of issues with the reception team. I arrived at 1:30am after my flight landed around midnight. The receptionist seemed quite upset and told me I should have emailed them in advance about the late check-in. I disagree — even if a guest arrives at 3am, it’s part of their job to welcome them properly. During the stay, everything else went smoothly. The amenities were surprisingly good for a capsule hotel, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The only other issue was when checking out — another receptionist misunderstood what I said and created unnecessary drama. They later apologised and explained it was due to very long shifts and lack of sleep. I don’t blame the girls personally; this seems like a management issue. They only have two receptionists working 48-hour shifts. Hiring one more person and switching to 24:48 shifts would make a big difference for everyone. Given the very cheap price, you can’t expect perfection, but some tourists still expect way too much. That’s on them. Anyway, good luck with your future business!"

Naprawdę zasługuje na swoją ocenę 4-star Chciałbym szczególnie podziękować dwóm recepcjonistom, Reida i Shijire. Oni świadczyli wybitną obsługę i wykazali poziom profesjonalizmu oczekiwanego od hotelu 4-star. Byłem szczególnie pod wrażeniem, jak Reida bez wysiłku przełączał się między angielskim a japońskim, pomagając gościom. Uwielbiałem również obiad w restauracji w Pekinie na 3 piętrze.
