This time I came to Ulanqab on a business trip and chose Boyuan Blue Ocean Hotel. When I got off the bus, there was a service staff to help open the door and carry the luggage. Once I entered the lobby, there was a strong Mongolian atmosphere. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, and the check-in was fast. The lobby manager It was sent to the room and introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment. It was said that the guests living on the first floor can use the swimming pool for free. Of course, I have to experience it when I am on a business trip to relieve my tired body. The room is also equipped with a humidifier, the temperature is moderate, the room is clean and comfortable, and the executive lounge on the 21st floor is available. It was a nice and cool stay because of the hot springs and spas. I did not expect that the room I booked was a smoking one so I had to talk to the front desk on duty to ask if possible to change my room into a non-smoking one. Sadly, I was told that all rooms are smoking. The room was comfy enough if not because of the cigarette smoke. There was no hair dryer in the room but I had to go to the public area of women’s floor and bath just to dry up my hair. Upon Checkout, I had communication problem with the front desk staff since I paid the room online I was surprised that they charged me again. I made it sure that I booked and paid online. It took me like an hour or so to solve the issue. I’m grateful to the people who had helped me translate. To the staff on duty thanks for the patience, I know it was hard for you guys to speak English but kudos to all of you. Great efforts are appreciated. All in all the place is good for family weekend and or gatherings and outings. I’d definitely be back but I won’t use their business class room ever.
