The second time I stayed at Baiquan Villa, the hotel environment is very good, the room facilities are perfect, especially the bathtub in the big bed room, just washed away the ash in the afternoon, the hotel service awareness is very good, there are questions and needs, the first time to arrange door-to-door processing. Unfortunately, I arrived late, there was no random bed room in Block D, and the big bathtub there was more comfortable for two people to soak together. However, the shoe polish cloth was perfectly cleaned up for a family of three leather boots that climbed the volcano dusty for a day.

It was a nice and cool stay because of the hot springs and spas. I did not expect that the room I booked was a smoking one so I had to talk to the front desk on duty to ask if possible to change my room into a non-smoking one. Sadly, I was told that all rooms are smoking. The room was comfy enough if not because of the cigarette smoke. There was no hair dryer in the room but I had to go to the public area of women’s floor and bath just to dry up my hair. Upon Checkout, I had communication problem with the front desk staff since I paid the room online I was surprised that they charged me again. I made it sure that I booked and paid online. It took me like an hour or so to solve the issue. I’m grateful to the people who had helped me translate. To the staff on duty thanks for the patience, I know it was hard for you guys to speak English but kudos to all of you. Great efforts are appreciated. All in all the place is good for family weekend and or gatherings and outings. I’d definitely be back but I won’t use their business class room ever.

The sanitary conditions, service attitude, and surrounding environment are all good, but there is actually a KTV downstairs in the hotel...the soundproofing is extremely poor, and the room is like someone helping you hold a party, and it sounds clear. After responding to the front desk, the customer service went to help coordinate, but it didn't work. After a wave of people walked, another wave came and continued singing. In short, friends who are afraid of noisy light, choose this store carefully, or communicate in advance not to live on the fifth floor.

烏蘭察布這個城市真得出乎我意料的好 如此乾淨整潔的街道還以為是在海濱城市 可惜時間太短沒能認真看看 酒店很新 智能房間由小艾同學負責 有點新鮮 早餐很豐盛 一點小瑕疵：房間空調一直沒打開 請工作人員來探後直接工作羣保修 可能是怕太晚打擾我們休息 由後台進行的操作 終於在睡覺前解決了 另：如果想讓小艾同學操作衞生間的燈光 它衹聽得懂“衞浴燈”hhhh 有點高級😂
