"A wonderful stay with a historic touch We had a fantastic time at the Akademihotellet! The location is perfect – right in the heart of Uppsala, right next to the university, the cathedral, and within walking distance of all the sights. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's rich history: important scientists once lived here, giving the stay a very special atmosphere. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and accommodating – you feel welcome from the very first moment. A real highlight: free coffee and tea around the clock, which we really enjoyed, especially after walking through the city. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious – with everything your heart could desire. In summary: A cozy, historic hotel with a great team and many thoughtful details. A clear recommendation – we'd love to come back!"

"Very good experience. I am a student without an apartment yet so I stayed here for 2 weeks. It's spacious, clean, quiet in a calm neighborhood and close to the central station. Free coffee 24/7 and access to a clean kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. I mean it is not a five star hotell with King-Size beds but you don't pay for that either. When I called the reception they helped me with different things without any hesitation. First class service."
