"Fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend. We took a king superior room and had our own private small swimming pool and additional jacuzzi. The room was amazing, breakfast was simple and authentic which added further to the overall charm. Ürgüp is a nice quiet town and the hotel is a few minutes walk to the bus station if you needed to get to Goreme. The staff are friendly, particularly Selim, who went out of his way to help us with airport transfer, further hotel bookings on our next leg of the trip and any items we needed with our room. The hotel were great to communicate with prior to the trip and clarified several queries I had. Overall we felt so welcome and it was a perfect honeymoon stay. The room was just like those on the website. "

"Kayata is a cosy, unique and magical hotel. Ayse on reception was AMAZING- she was so attentive, kind, warm and responsive. Hotel is situated in the perfect location in Urgup with free parking outside (car essential in Cappadocia if you want to see the sites). We could walk to all the local attractions- restaurants, bars, wine tasting, hamam etc. The room was divine- I felt like royalty! We even got engaged in there it was that special. Breakfast was fab- Turkish breakfast in a cosy breakfast room with great service. Hotel is happy to arrange all the activities for you and alcohol is also available and can be brought to your room. Also recommend using the transparent dome tent on the terrace- so cosy, can arrange shisha and drinks with a moutain view which is amazing. Note there was a smell of damp in the room but I felt this was part and parcel of staying in a cave with its own jacuzzi and hot shower. A dehumidifier was provided. It didn't bother us much. Loved it and would stay again. Thank you."

"Położenie mądre jest bardzo blisko (5min casual walk) do centrum miasta Urguk. Pokoje i hotelowe były bardzo dobrze zachowane i czyste. Usługa od check-in była świetna. Reszta załogi była po prostu normalna, nie w pobliżu tak ciepła, uznająca i uważna w porównaniu z innymi podobnymi kurortami/łańcuchami/właściwościami, ewentualnie z powodu kultury i ograniczeń językowych personelu. Niemniej jednak jest to nitpicking i ogólne doświadczenie było nadal dobre. Obok basenu, hama, kawiarnia nie ma wiele do zrobienia w nieruchomości i być uczciwy, że jest oczekiwany z uwagi na rozmiar i wyłączność nieruchomości niskiej gęstości, więc planuje pół dnia tam i resztę, iść na wycieczkę wokół miasta. To nie jest typowy bufetu hotelowego rozpowszechniany, ale daję mu bardzo wysoki rating na jakość, prezentację i rozpowszechnianie. Zapewnili wysiłek i wykonali to menu dobrze. Pokój był jak oczekiwano, a zapalniczka (na życzenie) była bardzo przytulna w zimnej zimowej nocy. Całkowicie świetny pobyt & warto kolejny pobyt w innym pokoju."

"The first thing that impressed me when we were brought to Has Cave Konak was the staircase of multi-colored steps, going up into the rock, against the background of which the hotel itself is located. A quiet, calm street, and the center is only 5 minutes walk away. This hotel has a courtyard, very colorful and an exit to the upper terrace with tables for coffee and a stunning panorama of Urgup! Every morning, cats bask in the sun on the crossbars and pose for your phone )). Our room impressed with its size, the ceiling is very high, a fireplace, lamps on the walls resembled torches in an old castle, a table, bedside tables and carved chairs - everything is antique, just the way I like it. This room has 2 doors, one of which leads to the courtyard with a staircase to the terrace. The bathroom with a jacuzzi in combination with the cave walls was especially good! Snow-white linen, a set of towels, shampoos, conditioners and other necessary accessories - everything was enough. I would like to thank the team of this hotel: Hatice, Xliyozi - for very tasty home-cooked breakfasts, Mehmet, Xlural, Yunus, Beyza - they welcomed us as dear guests, told us everything, explained, asked if we liked everything, took care of us as if we were relatives!"
