"This was my second time in Cappadocia with my husband. The first time we stayed in Goreme, and this time we decided to stay in Ortahisar – and we didn't regret it! It's a quiet, cozy place, and the VIE Cappadocia hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very hospitable, we had a luxurious room with a bathtub, everything was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the Turkish breakfast was delicious. They also had the best tea we've ever had in Turkey! Thank you for your hospitality."

"It's a nice hotel with beautiful designer rooms, but it's cold at night in early November. We stayed in a large room with a private veranda. The only heating is via the air conditioner, which can't warm the entire room. No one turns anything on in advance. The bathroom is cold, especially in the metal bathtub, and there's no handheld showerhead, so water comes either from the faucet or from the ceiling shower. The sheets and towels aren't changed, which is very strange."

"The hotel is a 600-year-old cave, which gives it a very special charm. It was the perfect place to escape from the busy city life. The owner, Mr. Ahmet, was very kind and helpful. He took the time to make a travel plan just for us, so we could explore the surrounding areas in a very enjoyable way. His advice on where to eat was excellent, and he also organized an ATV/Safari tour for us. This tour was really unique—only the three of us, so it felt like a private experience. It was truly unforgettable, and I think it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The hospitality at Rose Nest Cave Hotel was exceptional. Mr. Ahmet made us feel very welcome, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a very warm and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, it was a great experience for us."

"I felt like I was staying at my family’s home! The business is run and operated by son and father, they are very kind and easy going. The hotel has relics and antiques, making it feel very authentic. The rooms are kitschy and have a lot of character!! Beautiful views and very quiet. There’s a nice living room and patio to sit and read a book or just relax after a long day of site seeing. The bathroom shower is next to toilet without a separating wall which at first I thought was odd, but i got used to it and realized it’s fine! I saw other room has a separator and with 2 beds, so you’ll need to request this one. Also water ran hot and strong. Beds is on the harder side but for some that’s great and I hear that’s how it is in the hotels in this area. I stayed 6 nights and loved it at Born Hotel! I highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers. "
