"We are delighted by our experience at this hotel. Even though we stayed only 2 nights, it has been a remarkable experience. First of all, the staff is always extremely attentive and helpful. I was impressed by the high level service, warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Hotel manager Özge Hanım made sure we were enjoying our stay at all times. Murat, Batu, Mustafa ve Gökhan Beyler also took really good care of us during breakfast and coffee break times. Everyone did their best to make us feel home, including the security , valet and spa room personnel. Thank you everyone. Secondly, we loved our rooms, especially the bathroom. It was spacious and luxurious, but also felt very authenthic. Every product in the room improved our comfort. It was very enjoyable to relax and read in the patio. Breakfast is pretty delicious and very rich. Technical staff fixed a very little issue very quickly. In short, if you’re looking for comfort and high quality service, you’ll get your money’s worth."

"We decided to go to Cappadocia from Kyzylgach (~500 km) to watch the launch of balloons. We chose this hotel on Trip Advisor because the price per night suited us, and it was conveniently located (not far from the entrance and the center). The hotel is small, there is a parking space. It seemed to me that locals mostly stay there. The room is clean, everything is there. The staff does not speak Russian, they try to speak English, but it is almost impossible to understand🤦. But these are trifles, since they met and accommodated us without any problems. The price includes breakfast - a buffet. Also, no frills, but delicious, you will definitely not go hungry. In addition, there are 100500 cafes 100 meters from the hotel. In general, for a one-two-day overnight stay, it is very good."

The room was quirky and definitely cave-like - although there are windows so don't let that put you off (I was initially concerned about that). Most rooms have a bath, the layout is different for each room. Our small tour bus couldn't get to the door, so we carried our bags about 50 metres to our rooms - we didn't see any porters who could assist."
