"HARASSMENT ON CHECK IN ROOMS ARE VERY DIRTY Upon check in the check in staff could not find our reservation. While they were scrambling around ,2 of the check in staff - Mr Alu Efusk Bassy and Miss Tessy Sunday started harassing us about visas and questioning our status of whether we legally entered the country. I’ve asked Mr. Bassy if he was an immigration officer and he replied yes. He even went as far as calling the local immigration office. They made us feel like criminals at reception in front of everyone. When I eventually got to my room it was extremely grubby and smelly, full of mosquitoes and needles to the air conditioning wasn’t work which explains the mouldy smell. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO NOT‼️ STAY IN THIS HOTEL. ALL THIS AND THEY STILL CHARGE A 100 USD PER NIGHT. GO TO FOUR SEASONS BY SHERATON FOR 20 USD MORE AND SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE PAIN AND HARASSMENT. Safe travels."
