The mechanics had to come to room three times but they did not change the room even when asked to change because it was midnight. 4. No cleanliness at all according to royal orchids standard. 5. Telecom was not working. 6. Got toiletries when asked for….were not ready in the room."

The staff—both at the reception and in housekeeping—were polite, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. We had breakfast once during our visit, and the spread was delicious with plenty of variety. In the dining area, Rekha Singh was especially attentive and helpful. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience."
