"At checkout on Sunday 8/13/23 THEY FORCED ME TO PAY FOR A FRIGOBAR CONSUMPTION THAT I HAD NOT MADE. There was no hierarchical person to whom to appeal and despite the obvious explanations regarding a consumption of 3000 clp that I would have no reason to deny, the reception employee, tall with a beard and impolite, never tried to solve the situation (in my opinion in hotel had to take care of the error in controlling the contents of the minibar) and I was just wondering how I was going to cancel.
