"We chose this property for its awesome location, which truly is the biggest selling point. However, it is crucial for future guests to know that this is primarily a marriage lawn with a few ancillary rooms, and it does not operate as a proper resort for individual guests. The Good: Location is fantastic. (5/5) The individual room itself was decent in size and appearance. The Bad (Service & Amenities): Zero Guest Service: There is no room service and no phone in the room to call for any kind of assistance. You are on your own. Sub-Par Housekeeping: The bedding was clearly not changed after the previous guests. We found no sheets inside the blanket/duvet, which is a major hygiene failure. Breakfast is Very Basic: The breakfast is fixed-menu and comes packed, indicating a complete lack of a proper dining experience or variety. Event Disruption: Your experience will be completely ruined if a marriage or large event is being held, due to noise and lack of staff focus. The Verdict: If you are lucky enough to visit when no event is happening, and you only care about the location and a decent room to sleep in (and bring your own bedding!), it might suffice. If you expect any level of resort hospitality, service, or cleanliness, you will be severely disappointed."
