Hotel rooms are neat, clean, hygiene was maintained. washroom was clean too. Nicely connected to the city, Ghat, temple . e Rickshaw takes 100 rs to reach. Staff were polite, generous, and accommodating. Extended checkout time on request. Food was really tasty, but it takes an hour to prepare so preparation time is more. good hotel for solo as well as family stay. Services are too good at this price.

A beautiful hotel with choice full ambience. Great hospitality. Helpfull and courteous staff. Good food. Well maintained in terms of hygiene too. The way information has been provided in the rooms about places of interest in Varanasi, is awesome. Truly enjoyed spending quality time indoors. Best wishes to the management for all their future ventures .

The rooms meet global standards of comfort & hygiene with smart TVs, central air conditioning, comfortable beds and modern equipped washrooms. The hotel is very conveniently located a stone's throw away from the Railway station and central to most of the places we visited, i.e., the ghats, Ramnagar fort, main temples and more. The staff was supremely helpful in arranging local transport for us & guiding us for an early morning visit to the Kashi Vishwanath temple. They scored brownie points with a simple but really delicious room service menu. Will definitely be staying here again for any future visits!

Highly recommended! New hotel, clean rooms and amazing staff. We had a baby with us, they cooperated and ensured we had no trouble. Very kind and cooperative management, ensured our needs are met at the earliest. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend.

It was an amazing experience, the rooms were clean, of high quality and people were really helpful. The front desk managers including Aakriti was a good sport and very congenial to talk to. The room service was also good and at the beck and call. Probably would love to stay here when in Varanasi ✨

The Triana hotel was a good choice that offered us a pleasant experience. The location is good, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is courteous. It is a newly built hotel at reasonable cost and all the amenities, with outstanding service.
