"Since there were few reviews, I'll leave a detailed review as much as possible. [Location] For those coming specifically to see the Ganges River, I think this is a fantastic location. To get to the hotel, you drive to Namo Ghat, then transfer to the hotel's boat to reach the hotel. For me, being able to board the boat without negotiating was a great experience. *While you can probably get to Namo Ghat by Uber, I was hesitant, so I booked the hotel's round-trip transfer service. (It was 1800 INR one way by small taxi.) Because it's ***** the Ganges River, Uber, including rickshaws, isn't available, and walking is the only mode of transportation. I went during the hot season, so walking through the crowded, narrow, winding streets was very difficult, and I couldn't explore beyond the riverside. I didn't ask the hotel staff, so there might have been other transportation options besides walking. [Ganga Aarti] For my main travel objective, Ganga Aarti, the hotel staff will reserve seats for you if you ask. (※Free of charge) We traveled to the venue by the hotel's boat. It wasn't crowded, and since hotel staff took us there, we were able to enjoy the exhibition without being bothered by annoying touts. 【Food】 The hotel rules stated that eating outside food in the rooms was prohibited. For peace of mind, although I wanted to eat what I brought, I gave up and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a limited selection, but included Indian food as well as Western dishes like bread, and they made omelets fresh to order. Furthermore, the hotel, including the restaurant, does not sell alcohol. We drank alcohol that we brought with us. Bringing in your own drinks seems to be OK. 【Facilities】 Good points: - No insects in the room - Amenities such as shampoo and toothbrushes were provided - Water and juice were provided free of charge Disappointing points: - The air conditioner had a slight musty smell - The water smelled bad (I think this is more of a local issue than a hotel issue) 【Hospitality】 The hotel staff were very kind, attentive, and helpful. I think having WhatsApp would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a very good hotel, and I would like to stay there again if I visit Varanasi. It's a wonderful hotel."

"Prem and Anita made us feel very welcome and at home. Every morning they prepared breakfast for us in their own living room. Prem also took us on a guided tour around the old city and the ghats. He knows the place very well and is fun to spend time with. He showed us every nook and cranny that the city has to offer, many such places are not even listed in the guidebook and everything we saw was accompanied with an explanation or story. We normally don't hire guides, but in this case we highly recommend it, since as a foreigner you don't know the rules, the customs and the possibilities at such a place of special religious significance as Varanasi. You won't regret it!"

"Hotel był w remoncie, a robotnicy zaczynali wcześnie i pracowali do późna. Złożyliśmy skargę do hotelu, a robotnicy ostatecznie zakończyli pracę o 19:30. Otrzymaliśmy telefony z recepcji z prośbą o przyjście na kolację. Raz zjedliśmy kolację w hotelu, a jedzenie było niejadalne. Młoda obsługa – trzech z nich przychodziło do naszych drzwi, jeden z papierem toaletowym, drugi z ręcznikami i jeden z wodą, po czym wszyscy oczekiwali napiwków. Uznaliśmy to za niedopuszczalne i niestosowne. Korytarze były głośne, więc pokój nie był dobrze wygłuszony. Obok naszego pokoju znajdowała się palarnia, a my nie palimy, ale ponieważ nie było okna, które można by zamknąć (na świeżym powietrzu), smog i dym z zewnątrz dostawały się do pokoju, utrudniając nam oddychanie. Podczas zarezerwowanego u nich transportu na lotnisko samochód się zepsuł. Nie polecamy tego hotelu, dopóki nie dostosują usług i personelu. Nie polecam"
