Good room. Room service needs to be improved. Midnight meals are not all palatable. Helpful stall. The location is convenient. Buffet spread is decent but refilling of things getting over is slow and inadequate. Though the staff at buffet is very helpful but they can't help if things are not stocked

Service was excellent and the staff, housekeeping were all very helpful. Location was convenient as well. However, rooms needed a bit of revamp as they looked old. Couple of food options as well. We had a lunch and the food served was nice. Overall a nice stay as the prime purpose was Pooja and darshan rather than being in the hotel.

Our stay in the hotal was spectacular.All the staff were excellent efficient and friendly.Thank you for making our stay in Varanasi and in India memorable.we will never forget these days Delicious food and lovely staff made our stay.....

They are truly best in hospitality. My son got severally I'll during our stay and they provided all the support possible. Their cleaning staff was courteous enough to clean up the vomits of my son without any hesitation. Also,their gesture of providing free and well cooked meal for my sick son (age 8) is literally touching for me and my wife. Simply superb!

The experience is not up to the mark being a 5 star hotel. Soon after check in, we have noticed that flush water of commodore is not going properly and complained to maintenance immediately. They said that is how it would be and no need to repair, which was really not acceptable and unfair. Even 2 star hotels provide a good service in this aspect. Overall it’s not a good experience..

It was always nice visit to hotel raddison varanasi it has an nice ambience and hospitality , staff were well dressed . Especially east west food menu is good must try sizzler and curry patta paneer in dinner . Rooms are well maintained you can enjoy your trip
