The hotel did not resemble the pictures at all. The water cut out, and the room had clearly not been cleaned or maintained. The rooms were dirty and poorly kept. In addition to this, the rooms are far too expensive. During the day, there was loud maintenance work, and the stairwell was full of clutter.

Sheets were stained and not cleaned for the whole 4 days, I had to constantly ask for new towels, toilet paper, soap, water, as nothing was served automatically. Breakfast was fine - eggs and toast. I paid for laundry and they double charged me.

Worst and most unprofessional hotel. We checked in late at night 10.30PM IST ***ager mr Sharma allocated the room to someone else and was really quick to accommodate us in another shady hotel close by. Other than location nothing else its very steep stairs we need to climb to reach. After 20days of follow up they shared email with cleartrip for our cancellation done by them and then we received refund.

Taxi Could not even drive to hotel and had to drop us at an intersection for a rickshaw to take us to hotel. After several attempts the ricky could not even reach the hotel. Customer service is POOR and Phone calls to the hotels phone were UNANSWERED so we were forced to find another hotel. I was not able to get back a full rebate

“Great location ” The location is awesome. Just the bank of river ganga. How every it's a pain to reach at the property. From main road you have to walk almost 1 km. And the lane is very narrow. Walking is the only option to reach from main road. Staffs behaviour is just awesome.. very co operative.

I can't address anything about this hotel except that they canceled our reservations one day before arrival due to ability to make more money. There was a big festival going so place was flooded with people. Had to scramble to find something else. Ended up far away from where we wanted. Has been looking at loss of train and airfare.

Varanasi is very special to me and my wife as it is a spiritual place and Hotel Sita is that point from where we start our spiritual journey. Here we feel undisturbed, safe and homely. Mr. Sourav the owner of this hotel is a very nice person and all staffs are very well ***nered and helpful . We are staying in this hotel since 2014. Last year I sent two thousand rupees as advance for room booking but couldn't go to Varanasi as my elder sister died but when I reminded them they gladfully checked it and adjusted the total money without any hesitation. Here stands the faith which is rare today. Mr. Rakesh Singh who is in Sita next to Mr. Sourav is an outstanding person and guide with immense knowledge about Varanasi and it's outskirts. We are friends now.

Had a very good stay in Sita. Amazing view. Right in chousatti ghat. The ***ager Pandey Ji is helpful and arranged pickup from main road to carry luggage as hotel is not accessible by car. They have a restaurant on terrace with good view as well.
