Paid 200 rps to watch the evening Aarti from their roof top, which looked to be the highest one there. You certainly get a Birds Eye view of the ceremony, the crowd and all the boats that pull in with more spectators. I didn’t eat or stay here so cannot comment on that although the restaurant (divine Ganga restaurant) also has a great view of the Ganges and Ghats.

Very nice guy how runs the place and the location is perfekt. Apart from that really bad.

It was a pleasure to stay with Abhay, very helpful, good food and good comforts, the view from the terrace is fantastic, hotel in a strategic place near the Ganges, I hope to return, a nice person.....

I stayed two nights in this guesthouse very close to the Ganges River. This guesthouse is the perfect location to watch the nightly prayer Aarti. It’s worth a look. If you come to India, be sure to stay here.

Shri guest house is a wonderful venue at the main ghat. One can see the divine view of the evening ceremony ( Ganga aarti) from the rooftop restaurant. A cosy spot to view the Aarti. Food is also not good they serve food without water and salad..

I visited Suri Guesthouse for the short trip. Food is very good, scenery is very good, price is reasonable, owner is trustworthy. He can speak excellent Japanese, so even a Japanese who can’t speak English can stay here. Best guesthouse in Varanasi !

Due to peak season , we were not provided the room and given a tiny room very far from the property to co****sate. On top of it the owner said they don't take bookings from *******.

バラナシに行くのは、初めてでした。 宿は、ガンジス川のメインエリアの目の前にあります。眼下に広がるガンジス川、最高のロケーションでした サンセットガンジスは、まさに絶景でした。 ご飯も、オレンジジュースも、とてもおいしかった。宿の主人は日本語が上手でとても助かった。タクシーの予約サポートもしてくれてありがたかった。 お部屋のお湯もちゃんと出ました。 バラナシに来たら、また泊まりたいです。 ありがとう。 インド大好き。

ガンジス川を見下ろせる最高の立地のゲストハウスです。プージャーを間近に体感し、スピリチュアルで混沌としたインドの魅力を味わいました。 日本の話せるオーナーにバラナシの路地を案内していただき、美味しいチャイとラッシーのお店に立ち寄り、船の手配もお願いしました。船から見るバラナシの街は絵葉書のように美しく感動しました。 オーナーに何でも相談できるので安心して観光する事ができました。 宿泊した日はちょうどオーナーのお誕生日でみんなでお祝いし、とてもアットホームで素敵なゲストハウスです。機会があればもう一度訪れたいと思います。
