The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Vernon. But, it doesn't provide complementary bottled water, the bathroom sink is dirty, breakfast is not freshly cooked but wrapped and is the same in my 3-day stay.

Was disappointed as they advertise comes with complementary breakfast but they no longer offer. Would not have stayed here if that information was available at time of booking. Also had to change rooms as the first room bed was broken.

去年來弗農住過這個酒店，性價比不錯，比daysinn等便宜了一半，去年感覺房間也不錯，今年房子不錯，就是有股淡淡的的臭味，不爽😫

我們住的這天，整個酒店正好空調壞了，免了我們的到店付款部分費用，作為補償，蠻貼心的。

I traveled to Kelowna for work, and I chose to stay at the Divya Sutra plaza in Vernon. I arrived far earlier than I was meant to, and Shivam at the front desk was so wonderful orchestrating it so that I would be able to check in early. Super friendly staff, really accommodating, and very clean! I would definitely stay here again.

We found our stay at the Divya Sutra Plaza very pleasant. The receptionist, Alex was very helpful and friendly. He did his best to accommodate our needs. Our breakfast and dinner at the 27th Grill was tasty and the service was friendly and efficient. We would come again.

Mr Shivam, is the best person working in this Hotel. He helped me a lot. He knows about the city and the hotel is amazing, great room big space lobby and clean hotel. We enjoyed the pool a lot, music in lobby is amazing. For sure we will come and hope to see the Manager Mr Shivam here again
