"We arrived a bit early to check in, but were denied by the front desk staff. We asked if we could use the restroom, it was also denied. The staff said the restroom was closed. We asked if we could get a ground floor room because we have bikes, she said they don't have the ground floor available. We got the room on the 2nd floor, but there is no elevator on site. We stayed there for two nights, some people were running, yelling, screaming at night in the hallway, very noisy. No housekeeping removes trash, no fan in the bathroom. However, the room was clean when we were checking in and spacious."

"Two large beds, perfect for families with two kids. It's located right on the main street in Vernon. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym, but breakfast needs to be ordered separately. There are fast-food restaurants nearby, and a Chinese restaurant as well. The front desk staff was very friendly."

"Service: The staff we encountered were all very friendly. Environment: The surrounding environment is nice; there's a Safe Way supermarket across the street, and many restaurants nearby; very convenient. The hotel itself has a restaurant. Facilities: Somewhat old, but it doesn't affect usability. Parking is free. Cleanliness: The sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, toiletries, and towels were all clean and tidy. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money in the Vernon area. The duplex suite we booked had a very comfortable mattress and a large bed, making it a good choice."

"We went with friends that are long time residents at Predator Ridge and had a fabulous meal at the newly and beautifully renovated Range. It’s was a beautiful night , the views were fantastic and if that wasn’t enough, our server was amazing. Candise was her name and she was so good. Her attention to detail, product knowledge and recommendations she made were right on and she just helped to make it a really great night. Thank you Candise!"
