非常好的服務，到了之後免費升級大套房，對面就是超市，可以自己買菜自己做菜，廚房設施齊全，前台Canille非常耐心友好，住這體驗感還是非常好的。

Outstanding from start to finish. I was contacted prior to the booking to sort out some anomalies in the booking, by telephone. Subsequent communications about our potential late arrival and the availability of parking was all dealt with very promptly and efficiently. The welcome was fabulous and the lady on reception could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Our room on the top floor was absolutely brilliant and had everything one could need even for an extended stay. The one and only drawback would be it is of course on the third floor and there is no lift so if stairs are a challlenge it could be an issue for some, in that specific room (gallerie des places). There are ground floor options and so I would suggest that is asked for if stairs are an issue. The parking one can book is a very short (30 seconds?) drive away and accessed off a narrow street and has a tricky entrance. Once inside all is easy but I can imagine some drivers with larger cars would struggle a little more than we did. Great location for exploring the nearby Palace of Versailles and a terric place to stay. It is self catrering and the presence of a small "city" Carrefour directly across the road open to 9pm is really handy too. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay perfect.

Loved it once I found it! It was a little hard to find and I suggest some more instructions on how to find as the building that says 28 is not actually the building to enter. However once in, it was a comfortable home. We cooked dinner and everything. Very clean, spacious and accommodating for kids.

Excellent séjour dans cet appart hôtel ! Nous n'avons trouvé aucun point négatif ! L'accueil chaleureux ,la disponibilité, l'écoute et la réactivité du personnel sont irréprochable ! Le lieu est très Propre, soigné et décoré avec goût.La literie est également de très bonne qualité..rien ne manque,on se sent vraiment comme à la maison !! Sans oublier la situation de ce Complexe,en retrait de la circulation,au fond d'une cour d'où ce calme si apprécié et sa situation géographique,à environ 10mns du château et de toutes commodités. Bref,une adresse à conserver précieusement 🙏🙏😍
