This is the kind of hotel that cannot be praised enough. It´s nothing fancy, but the attention to detail shows the dedication of the lovely family that runs it. A very clean room, a good bed, a nice shower with soap and shampoo that were selected with just that little bit more love than in other places, a simple but good quality breakfast: everything is just right. Together with the modest price it makes Riviera the perfect little hotel for a stay in Vichy.

Emplacement en centre ville idéal pour notre séjour. Le rapport qualité prix est bien. La déco est un peu passée dans les chambre et du simple vitrage et des mur peu épais. On entend facilement les gens dans les chambres voisines. L accueil est agréable. La literie confortable et la chambre propre. Salle de bain avec douche de bonne taille.

Hôtel 2 étoiles simple mais propre. Bonne literie. Idéalement situé à 2 pas du centre ville à pied. Petit déjeuner simple avec des bonnes viennoiseries. Pour une nuit de passage c’est parfait. Accueil agréable. Petite salle de bain mais fonctionnelle et propre.

J'ai séjourné une seule nuit dans cet établissement, à l'ancienne, mais pas le moins du monde démodé. Patron accueillant et qui aime converser. Utilisation de clés et non de cartes. De petites savonnettes sont disponibles, à côté du gel de douche. Rue calme, à 50 mètres de nombreux restaurants. Excellente expérience, à renouveler...

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville et sortir en soirée sans voiture. Personnel accueillant, les chambres sont très agréables avec tout le confort. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Je recommande cet établissement.

Bâtiment ancien, chambre en partie rénové, la surface de notre chambre était très correct. Il ne faut pas être trop grand ou trop gros pour aller dans la douche car la porte de celle ci est sur le côté des wc. L'insonorisation des chambres laisse à désirer (voisin de chambre qui ronfle, bébé dans une chambre de l'étage en dessous qui pleure). L'hôtel est situé à proximité des thermes, du parc Napoléon , et du centre ville. Personnel sympathique.

Avons passé une seule nuit dans cet hôtel , le décor est désuet et les chambres un peu vieillottes mais correctes et propres. Il est très bien situé et proche d’un parking souterrain. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil et la communication avec le propriétaire, très sympathique.
