City Stay Vienna – Lugeck

Great location! But a couple of things that make me avoid this place going forward. There is hardly any soundproof, so the comfort of your stay entirely depends on your neighbors. We've been unlucky getting a couple of young guys behind the wall. We could hear literally everything that our neighbors are doing or talking about, including the cases when they return drunk in the middle of the night. Internet is almost nonexistent. First, it was broken for 1.5 days and very weak after kind of being fixed. Though there is a phone number and email provided to contact, nobody seems to be monitoring emails and nobody answers the phone during the weekend and after 5pm. We even couldn't leave a message, as their phone mailbox was full.

Beautiful place, clean and in the heart of the city. Very affordable price, comfortable big bed. My room was big enough and the kitchen bug enough for small breakfast or coffee. All around are full of nice restaurants and shops. If you go to Vienna don’t miss it

We arrived here on Sunday with apartment full of flying bugs, they told us we had to wait until Monday for them to response. When we asked if they could come sooner we were ignored. The next day they finally responded with a solution in which we had to leave apartment with no other options, finally she offered another apartment on a 30 minute walk away from where we were. We were not happy with that solution, since we would have to move from first district to the seventh for the same price. Also on top of that the shower didn’t work and when we told them, we didn’t get an answer again. When we called them, they told us it was obviously apparently that the guy that came for the bugs would also fix the shower. However when the guy arrived he told us he couldn’t fix it and he had to order the right tools. In the end we got a refund and moved out to another apartment, but we lost a full day of our holiday trying to fix the situation. We regret the really bad communication we received and that we had to fix the situation ourself with no help from them. We are now finally enjoying our stay in Vienna in another apartment (not from them) in the first district, its save to say we would not use their service at all in the future.

La sistemazione è perfetta, a due minuti a a piedi dalla cattedrale, dai negozi e dalle principali vie del centro. È in una strada molto silenziosa ed è tutto insonorizzato. Si accede al palazzo e all’abitazione con codice che viene inviato 24 ore prima dell’arrivo. La camera ampia, letto comodissimo, angolo cottura e grande bagno. Vengono forniti saponette e l’essenziale per la cucina come due capsule per la macchinetta del caffè, detersivo e spugnetta. È presente anche un bollitore. Il supermercato è in fondo alla via a tre minuti a piedi (attenzione che la domenica è chiuso come anche i negozi); a pochi minuti anche la metropolitana e la stazione dei treni dove si arriva dall’aeroporto. Tutte le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi oppure tramite la metropolitana. Non ho dato cinque stelle solo perché gli asciugamani in tre notti non sono stati stati cambiati ma forse le condizioni di prenotazione non lo prevedevano e perché non c’è un Locker dove lasciare le valigie in caso di partenza nel pomeriggio o sera dopo il check out. Avevo mandato una mail per richiedere informazioni ma non mi è mai stato risposto e quindi cercando su Internet abbiamo trovato un comodissimo Locker proprio di fianco alla cattedrale.

Buongiorno, io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo nella Vostra struttura. Alloggio bello e funzionale, posizione strategica fantastica a poche decine di metri dalla via principale del passeggio e dal Duomo di Santo Stefano e un centinaio di metri da un supermercato Despar. Comodissimo l'accesso con i codici sia del portone al piano terra che dell'alloggio (al quarto piano). Molto gradita la macchina del caffè Nespresso e le due capsule omaggio. L'alloggio è molto luminoso e dotato di climatizzatore (anche questo molto gradito). Bagno con doccia spaziosa. Letto matrimoniale molto grande e comodo. L'alloggio era pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario (bicchieri, tazze, piatti, posate) e anche di lavastoviglie. Abbiamo passato quattro giorni fantastici a Vienna e consigliamo questa struttura a tutti.
