Yggotel Mejse

No electric kettle like one of the other reviews said. I stayed 3 nights. Not once was there housekeeping but on the last day they knocked my door at 2:20pm and handed me a bunch of bath towels. Wifi is spotty. The windows cannot tilt like most European windows so if you open it to get air in because there’s no aircon, you have to deal with the road noise. I slept on the 3rd floor with the help of my air pods pro 2nd gen. The lady with long hair at the receptionist wasn’t helpful. I requested for hypoallergenic bed sheets as mentioned in the hotel booklet and she said to ask the staff the next day to do it. I asked if she could pass the message along to the next staff. She said no. She clearly couldn’t be bothered to work here. Don’t stay here. Breakfast is 12.50 euro per pax . The price on trip.com is not accurate. Also there’s like 6 steps to climb up to the tiny elevator that only fits 4 pax

Despite the amazing location, I would never stay here ever again. The building and facilities are in desperate need of an update, the keys are actually keys, not key cards. The room we were initially given was horrendous, it was dingy and small with barely enough room to open our carry-on luggage. Disappointedly furnished; no lamps or side tables, only a bed, desk and chair. The window opened to nowhere, just another wall with a small window facing ours. The desk looked like it went through war and back, scratched all over the surface. The room was not properly cleaned; when I pulled out the chair there was an unidentifiable substance on it that looked absolutely disgusting (Photo attached). I went to reception to discuss this issue because that was simply an unacceptable standard. The receptionist said she could call the cleaner to have it cleaned the next morning and that all the other rooms were booked full for the night. I then asked her if we could get a refund and just cancel the stay because my mom and I would rather stay somewhere else if that was the case. She then took a minute on the computer and gave me keys to a different room on the top floor telling me it was the last room they had and we could move there instead. The new room she gave us was much nicer and brighter; it was spacious with more furnishings and a large window that opened to the main street. The bathroom was a bit strange with the sink and shower in a small room, and the toilet across in a closet-like room. Be warned, there is no hair conditioner, only 3-in-1 wash. One outlet was inoperable. The rest of the facilities were pretty subpar, there is one small elevator that fits 2 people so sometimes taking the stairs is faster. Breakfast was decent enough. All in all, it was not worth the price. The hotel's only selling point is the location.

酒店很安全，很有年代感，鑰匙🔑需要交前台，我反而感覺非常安全，而且進門要鑰匙，前台會認真核對入住訊息，感覺很安全，保潔阿姨也很負責，總之好評如潮吧，酒店出門右轉走到十字路口右轉直接有地鐵口，不用過馬路繞遠，希望幫助大家。

Плохой отель !совершенно не стоит своих денег !в комнате все сильно старое !с комнаты хотелось убежать !из удобств там нечего !Удобств там нет от слова совсем !Слишком уж все старое !не вернусь в тот отель никогда !

位置就在中央車站對面，附近有電車、火車及地鐵站等，店員服務很好，態度良好及十分有善，不過有點偏離市區。

酒店位置和環境還是不錯的，不過門不是特別隔音，沒有燒水壺有點點不方便。

The hotel has excellent location right next to the train station with easy access to public transportation to the center of Vienna. Considering the price, quality of rooms is on a very high level - clean bathrooms, spacious enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. I would stay again on my next stay in Vienna.
